Giorgio's Italian - Carte

Went for half price pizza and pasta on a Sunday, honestly it was awful, bland food, just generally not nice at all. Disappointing as normally Italian is hard to beat. Won’t be going again.

The food is delicious with ample portions. The staff is attentive, but service can be slow during peak times. Parking may be challenging, so we typically park in the back on an industrial road if there are no spaces available on the street.

Restaurant rather bland but that made up for the quality of food. The pizzas were the best outside Italy. Absolutely perfect with choice of toppings. Linguini very tasty. Wow, this was such a surprise, the food was 1st class. Worthy of a 5 star London or Manchester restaurant, the food was exceptional, the staff were very knowledgeable about their food (makes a change from the staff running to the kitchen for answers) , they were at ease with their explanation, no coughing and spluttering. The food was delicious.

Wedding reception. What to say, first time have been. Place, staff, owner, food, service excellent. Cooking of the food was perfection. Waitressing second to none, owner was around, making sure everyone happy, checking with the staff also. The whole experience was so good. I still had happy face this morning. We told him and his staff on the way out but great to see in writing too. Fab

The discount for half price pizza and pasta was not clearly advertised at this restaurant. It was not specified on the online menu or on the board outside that the offer was per person. After speaking with a staff member, the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. As a result, I was very disappointed with our dining experience and do not plan on returning. I was also surprised to learn that the manager was present during the incident, yet did not attempt to assist or resolve the situation. This lack of customer service and poor management reflects poorly on the restaurant. They should prioritize ensuring that customers are satisfied and leave happy. Voir le carte

Wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first visit. Upon opening the door I was surprised to see how cosy it was inside. Staff were welcoming, lights were low, spacious, place to hang coats, suitable for disabled, there's a bar with good selection of drinks. We were a large group, staff quickly served drinks and soon got our orders of pre or food out. Note if you are a large group it's always helpful to kitchen staff to pre order. Once you order my I strongly suggest that guests don't change their minds if you want things to flow smoothly. We have visited Georgia's many times and have always enjoyed the delicious food and great service. Last night, we were celebrating my son's 13th birthday. Despite it being a school night, we wanted to create lasting memories. When we arrived at 6pm, the restaurant was very cold and we had to keep our coats on the entire time. Our drinks were served promptly by a friendly waitress who took our food orders. However, our food did not arrive until 7.10pm, leaving us hungry and frustrated as we still had homework to do. Never left a review publicly before but Giorgio's have forced my hand with it. Booked on a Sunday night 6:30pm and we were three adults and a one year old. Service was very poor and food took 45 mins to arrive which was surprising when others were being seated and receiving their meals first. No sign posting about food delay. Food eventually arrived after us asking about delay and it was mediocre. To make matters worse, they applied another customers drinks bill to our bill which I only noticed when I got home.
