"Fantastic food, excellent ambience. We had a 4-course menu, everything was very good, the part was a bit too much, definitly if you had a 4-course menu. The sections on the plate can be somewhat smaller. We had the comparison wine, 3 glasses white wine and a sweet wine with the dessert. All were very nice and well compared, although it would be a proposal to ask the customer if he prefers a red wine on the meat. As an extra we got a fabulous amuse with a comparison prosecco, we recommend this restaurant, go and find out a bit of fine restaurants in Bolsena."

The restaurant is beautifully set out and furnished. The food was excellent, with plenty of interesting choices based on local ingredients. The portion sizes were generous and service very attentive.

What a gem! The food is incredibly delicious creatively prepared and presented. The artichoke appetizer was great tender and tasty. Pastas and the desserts yum. All in all a great, leisurely dining experience.

The food here was so delicious I cannot wait to go back. They just did things correctly right down to the little glass of Prosecco to start with to the very tasty sorbet before your main course. An exceptional restaurant in beautiful Bolsena.
