"Visit again... 2024 did a lunchtime visit and wow was lovely, really nice. Felt like a personal service, food as always. Hot full of flavour. Good size portions. Fantastic evening. In short .... Lasagna, vegetable pesto pasta and carbonara. They do have the proper names. Lasagna was a good size made in the traditional way. Full of meat which isn't all the case in a lot of places ... Gino shows them how they should be made full of flavour, they didn't kill it with cheese. The veg, pesto pasta daughter is a fussy one and worse with textures but the good is just right ... Full of peppers packed with flavour. Again a good size portion. Carbonara... Creamy pots with flavour. Lots of bacon. Really good size portion. If you're going to go, go hungry... Where did it get out of garlic bread fries . Food piping hot. I have to say I feel we paid the right price for the food. The venue was clean and the staff was attentive. One thing would say is they could loose a table or two just to off a little more space I know it reduces foot fall but you did feel a little sat on down stairs. The number of times ppl caught my chair or rubbed past.... if you was of any size some areas down stairs may make you feel uncomfortable. . Don't let that out you off it's worth going x"

visit time: Monday 8p. eating was really good! better than expected. the lasagne was 5tier pasta with delicious fresh tasting tomato sauce. excellent location near the cathedrale and closed. prices reasonable. service good. good equipment. (It is not gino de campo restaurant) would definitely come back.

very fast, friendly waitress. beautiful atmosphere. order quickly and drinks have arrived quickly. the cannelloni ordered and it was nice and hot, very tasty. good portion size, which allowed me space for a dessert. tiramisu was light and creamy. only handle is that a service fee is automatically added to its bill. we had great food and services, so if they were asked, we would agree immediately, but what if that were not the case?

Greeted promptly, friendly waitress/staff. Nice atmosphere. Order taken quickly and drinks arrived fast. Ordered the Cannelloni and it was nice and hot, very tasty. Good portion size that allowed me space for a dessert. Tiramisu was light and creamy. Only gripe is that a service charge is automatically added to your bill. We had great food and service, so if asked, would of agreed straight away to it, but what if that hadn't been the case? Voir le carte

I love this place, the food is amazing really, really delicious. But there is a VERY rude waitress I am pretty sure her name is Lydia who on the 3 occasions I’ve been in, has ruined our experience. The last occasion she gave our reserved table away and when I arrived for our reservation she couldn’t care less. We were on time and regulars. Dismissive and rude, like I was the problem. I’d give this place a 5 out of 5 but that member of staff is a problem.

love independent italian on the hill with an inviting mood. the decor inside is beautiful and although not the spacious escaping it with it with the friendly atmosphere away. the orderings were quickly taken by the brilliant staff and the service was also fast. the menu is large and has something for everyone. the clam starter was brilliant, with a super sauce, good portion size and lemon water dish for finger cleaning. pizzas as porn were again a good size, with the beats not vaccinated and well cooked. the tiramisu desert was promised to be the best in lincoln, and she lived until the claim! huge part, well presented and unforgettable for all the right reasons. the prices were appropriate...
