"It was my idea to go there with a group of friends. Having eaten at Sorbillo's of Napoli last year, I was eager to repeat the experience. Since they were not taking reservations I decided to go early and put my name on the waiting list. I arrived 45 minutes early and then my friends came. We waited for NINETY (90) minutes for a table. We were seated upstairs and the waitress came to take our order for drinks. She then returned to take our food order. My pizza arrived AFTER everyone else had finished eating. On top of that, the order was wrong so I sent it back. Then the corrected order arrived as people were already considering dessert. The pizza was AWFUL, a far cry from the fare I enjoyed at the Naples location. It was inedible. I called the waitress over and asked here to take it away. Like most restaurants in Genoa, they don't really care if you like the food or not. They just want your money. Well, they got my money for the first and last time. I am never, but NEVER, going back there. Long wait, bad service, awful food.....caveat emptor. You have been warned."

I'm saying normal because I didn't see the class blow of the napoli sorbillo pizzeria that's another story. cmq recreate that serene and friendly climate of napoli or there is no more attractive. the heart of napoli is not enough.
