Get Stuffed Cafe Hillfields

Very bad service ..,,food was cheap and nasty .... yuk!! Wont be visiting that cafe again .... manager was very rude and didn't serve the correct food ..... tables were dirty ..... food very greasy

Came for a breakfast, decorated to a standard of ......bad .after waiting it felt like a lifetime food eventually arrived Luke warm and greasy... ate half of it, that was the most I could eat of this poor attempt at food preparation. Would not eat here again if it was free.

had often walked by this place but today i decided to try it out.wasnt disappointed at all...great food at great prices...bacon sausage and bean batch and 1 breakfast and a cup of tea for around £6...well worth it.definately worth a visit if you are on Ball Hill..will return

i think there is a few to many bad reviews from people coming and expecting to much.it is a breakfast/cheap eat cafe.the food and service are spot on for a good hangover cure, staff always accommodate our requests and the breakfasts are great for the money there is no need for the bad reviews!would recommend for a great hangover cure.

Recently visited this cafe with my wife for breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent served nice and hot in a timely manner. The cafe was extremely busy when we visited but everyone who came through the door was treated exactly the same. The most impressive part of the visit, was when a group of disabled people came in they noticed them straight away made a way through the que to a table. Not always what you get these days but amazing attention to all customers no matter what their circumstances.

Ok if you want a pleasant sit down in a relaxed environment then don't go here. What this gives you is good food at a reasonable price. The food is not excellent but we enjoy it and it is a good price. I was there today and the queue was out on to the pavement. The reason why it is busy is because it is popular, and it wouldn't be that popular if it wasn't any good. I have never felt that the staff were unpleasant. Yes the food could be a bit hotter but if you want somewhere to eat that is reasonably priced then go here and give it a try.

Asked for double espresso which was served in a very large cold capuccino mug, had my head bitten off when I tried to say it should have been served in a proper espresso cup by the owner SharronFood is reasonably priced but bear in mind they are serving the cheapest ingredients from their suppliers so in reality you are not really getting good quality food plus not a lot of effort goes into the cooking and presentation.Staff seem to throw food onto the plate and serve it like prison slop as if to have the attitude of its cheap so what do you expect.I'd go ball hill diner, food better but Customer service 10x better

Myself and my partner went to eat here today and what we received was appauling service, arrogance and name calling. Upon ordering, my partner asked what the vegetarian breakfast entailed to which he was told in a rude manner to get his own menu. There were no menus around so another member of staff handed the woman serving us a menu. My partner asked to have a full English breakfast and was confronted with the most shocking and unnecessary attitude I have ever witnessed by anyone working in a customer service related environment. This was a couple of months ago, but as Ive added a review for a good place I ate at today, I noticed this Cafe was also listed and I feel it only right to put my experience on here.Myself and 3 friends were looking for somewhere to eat on a shopping trip, we are all adults, polite, happy people who have known each other for 20 years.
