"for nine years now, there is this little spot in the center of Whitefels. since februar 2006 the house of the burgstraße houses the irish pub battlefield. next to guinness, kilkenny and co. the battlefield offers many more delicious drinks that there is not in every pub. the battlefield has already had several owners and names. but the irish pub has been through the longest. the owner does a lot for it. about small band appearances, whiskey tasting etc. and on whiskey he has damn many different sorts. they cost something, but with good whiskey it's like that. also the typical Irish beer there and they always taste good. price / performance is ok and the visitors too. it is really a really good pub with a small courtyard, which is also used as a beer garden.
