"Hatten sehr kurzfristig Plätze reserviert, und mit 5 Leuten Platz erhalten. Der Laden war knackevoll im Hauptgastraum ne Riesengeburtstagsgesellschaft, in einem der hinteren Räume auch eine Gesellschaft das mit dem Essen dauerte sehr lange, wir hätten uns gewünscht, daß dies vorher gesagt worden wäre. Haben uns in dem angenehmen Ambiente aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach 1 h kamen die Vorspeisen, nach knapp 2 h die Hauptmahlzeiten. Getränkenachschub gabs zum Glück immer kurzfristig, die Leute waren auch sehr freundlich, deshalb Service noch 4 Sterne. Das Dessert kam dann sehr schnell..."

"I was there with my parents today. We discovered this great restaurant by chance and were very happy about it! We were welcomed directly very friendly, our dog was also welcome there. Both the beverage and the food order went very hard. The food was really delicious!! Great portions at absolutely fair prices also the staff there is super friendly! We'll definitely be back! Absolutely recommended! Parking: parking spaces were available."

"On February 14, 25 I visited the restaurant “Bella Italia” – Zum Alten Schloss in Michendorf with my wife. A “four course menu” with musical accompaniment in the hope of a nice Valentine’s evening, based on the positive reviews we have read previously. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. It was particularly disappointing that our main course, grilled meat options, was dry and barely seasoned on a plate for two people. This was far too small, 3 flirts and four small pieces of meat on a bed of frozen green beans, which does not meet our expectations for a main course for a diner in an Italian restaurant in this price category (ticket for almost €120 2 people). We shared this feedback locally. We were then comfortingly handed an identical second plate, only this time with unseasoned fries. For both of us, it wasn 't a nice dinner experience with the best Italian cuisine , a diverse selection of traditional dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of passion that 's what the host imagines. We didn 't want to wait around 9:45 p.m. for our dessert and left dinner early after paying for our distorted drinks. Although the ambience of the restaurant was inviting, we froze in the room the whole evening and above all we didn 't like the very long waiting time between courses and the quality and quantity of the 4 course menu. We won 't be coming back!"

"Man sitzt dort sehr schön an der Havel und das Eis schmeckt auch sehr gut. Aber Vorsicht, die Waffeln sind aus dem Discounter und sind alles andere als lecker. Als wir das dem Kellner sagten, meinte er nur, dass auch nicht frisch dran steht. Für uns ein Grund, beim nächsten mal ein paar Meter weiter unser Eis zu essen."
