"The food in this restaurant was really excellent! Every dish we tried was prepared with great attention to detail and authentically Italian in taste. We were particularly impressed by the homemade pasta and desserts. Unfortunately the experience was marred by the service. Both the staff and the boss seemed very bored and uninterested. What struck us as particularly negative was the way we treated the guests. Guests were rudely reprimanded behavior that I find completely inappropriate in a restaurant. It's a shame that the service couldn't keep up with the quality of the food. With friendlier and more professional service, this restaurant could be a real highlight. But that's just my personal opinion!"

"Leider hatten wir gestern bei unserer Bestellung über Uber Eats einige Schwierigkeiten mit dem Restaurant. Die Lieferung hat fast zwei Stunden gedauert, was schon sehr lange ist. Zudem haben wir extra angegeben, dass wir draußen essen möchten, aber leider wurden keine Besteckteile mitgeliefert. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da wir extra die Option gewählt haben, uns draußen zu treffen und nicht zu Hause zu essen. Als die Lieferung schließlich ankam, war das Essen zwar lecker und noch warm, aber es hat lange gedauert. Außerdem wurde das heiße Essen ohne eine Tasche geliefert. Besonders frustrierend war, dass unsere Angaben zum Treffpunkt draußen nicht beachtet wurden. Am Ende mussten wir zu ihnen hingehen, obwohl wir klar erklärt hatten, wo wir das Essen abholen wollten. Es ist schade, dass diese Unannehmlichkeiten aufgetreten sind, denn das Essen an sich war gut und noch warm. Es wäre jedoch wünschenswert, dass das Restaurant seine Lieferlogistik verbessert, um Verzögerungen zu vermeiden und sicherzustellen, dass die vom Kunden angegebenen Anweisungen beachtet werden."

"we've been going there for years and take the buffet. you can go as often as you want and make the teller full. from suppening to main meals such as roasted noodles, duck, small selection of sushi or fritted items to a dessert like ice or fruits I find it great here. friendly staff and well maintained it also looks."

"At the end of October at Kaiserweetter in Bötzingen at the Kaiserstuhl enjoyed: 2 times well slept and once well eaten. Delicious breakfast was available with extra courtesy service on the buffet and on request we were able to use the late checkout very relaxed on the day of departure."

"as always, the food was delicious and large portion. in the beginning there was super nice service, but at some point there was another service because their unfriendliness couldn’t be surpassed. she made you feel unwelcome and kept treating us rudely. actually, i would advise the ambience, the food, the location and the other service with 5 stars, unfortunately it was only enough for one star because of an unfriendly service that gives the guest the feeling of being unwelcome. pity! original that eating was as always very tasty and super large portions. at the beginning a super nice operation was there, at some point another operation was then because its incompatibility is nothing to be overwhelmed with. she has given you the feeling of being involuntary and has always treated us unfriendly. Actually, I would rate the ambiente, the eating, the location and the other operation with 5 stars, unfortunately it has only been enough for a star due to an unfriendly operation that gives the gast the feeling unwilling to be harm!"
