good Franconian and upscale cuisine in the beautiful spalterland. are one to two times a year always happy there.

this is the best place for lunch or dinner in the region. very good eating and amazing friendly staff. owners are always around and take care of guests.

relaxed location. very tasty eating and beautifully dressed. of all: beer and carving and excellent international wine selection with gourmet 3-course dinner. a real secret tipp.

visited this restaurant 2 times in the last 7 days and was 100% satisfied with eating, quality, taste and service. recomondations by woman . kocher was accepted both in wine and in the kitchen and enjoyed by all.

nach längerer "Enthaltsamkeit" waren wir wieder mal im Blumenthal, das Essen war wieder sehr gut, das Enkelbaby, das Enkelkind mit 4 Jahren und unser Hund wurdenbestens versorgt und wir vier Erwachsene ebenso. Alles gut!

Das Blumenthal ist seit dem wir denken können das Restaurant am Platze. Mit stetig super Qualität bei Speisen und Service und seit ein paar Monaten sehr schön hergerichteten neuem Gastraum ist es immer ein Besuch wert. Familie Kocher schafft es durch ihre Herzlichkeit sich immer wohl zu fühlen. Wir werden immer wieder kommen!!!

...damit wäre eigentlich schon fast alles gesagt. Das Essen ist hochwertig und deutsch/fränkisch. Die Preise sind sehr fair. Die Kinderkarte ist super mit Preisen von 2,50 - 5,90€.Die restliche Karte ist bestens hochwertig sortiert (Spanferkel mit Salat 13€). Die Bedienung war sehr höflich und wirkte ausgebildet.Spalter Bier ist sehr zu empfehlen und die große Saftauswahl überraschte.

our experience with the Gasthof-Bluthal was unfortunately not satisfactory. After we wanted to drink a coffee on a small bike tour spontaneously, the situation has addressed us directly on the road. the environment was also very appealing from a parking lot.
