"The restaurant itself doesn't look very impressive. It's a cosy, simply furnished room at the back of a pub. What's important is that the food is good and not too expensive, the staff are warm and always happy to help and you never feel rushed, so you can relax and enjoy your evening. The menu doesn't change much, but it's varied enough to cater for eg vegetarians. I've always enjoyed going there and this restaurants is one of my first suggestions when arranging to eat out with friends."

The setting of this place is very nice: with a terasse with trees around, not much trafic, center city and Hansaring, inside restaurand large with choice of high tables and chairs or more classic tables, friendly low-key atmosphere. I've had only 1 plate ( zander filet) which was very good, although took 30mn to be prepared. Good wine by the glass. Menu with modern german specialities with a twist.
