Delicious waffle and ice-cream . Definitely recommend will go there again. Friendly and polite service

I got a two scoop ice cream cone, lovely selections of Ice creams and sauces/toppings, the staff were really friendly.

Much better than creams better service friendly staff will be coming again. Atleast here you are getting what your paying for

Very poor ice cream, no flavour in several we tried, also scoop wasn’t rinsed between customers, will not return, very disappointing.

Over priced! Asked for 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup which was almost £6! It was okay ice-cream definitely not worth that amount. They then tried to justify that it was for a sundae which isnt what was asked nor explained that it would be that amount and that the packaging was fancy! Definitely not worth the hype.

I have been travelling the country recently and always try to pop into a local gelato shop to try sorbet. I had 2 flavour sorbet in a dairy free cone. Really not good at all. Very icey and with little flavour beyond the ice and sugar. I implore the owners to visit Gelapo in Soho to remind them how it should be done. Very nice staff however.

Fantastic range of flavours, probably ne of the best I've seen for a long time anywhere. Great friendly service from the lads on the counter. Dined in and had the three scoop sundae with all the trimmings which was very reasonably priced. Will have to make a return trip to try some more of the flavours. One nice touch was that when we left, all the staff, without exception, said goodbye and thank you to us, something you don't get very often these days!

Came here this evening after a visit to the cinema, we got greeted by a young chap on the counter (very friendly and had a vast knowledge of the menu) I'm a coeliac myself and the guy who served me pointed me in the direction of an allergen chart displayed on the wall, I went with two scoops of cherry ice cream in a gluten free cone (never get offered these when getting ice cream) so was a very happy person indeed! And my partner went for a takeout sundea! Very professional and friendly service! What I liked most was being told to have a lovely rest of my evening! 100% recommended and will 100% be returning in the future!

WOW... where do I start?? From the friendly, knowledgable staff to the delicious, tantalising diverse array of Italian ice creams what a spread!!! Vegan and gluten free are catered for (absolutely GORGEOUS! . We got the vegan brownie with vegan ice cream (also soy and gluten free and it was the best brownie I have ever tasted in my life. One member of our party ordered the cookie dough with ice cream, sauce, toppings and cream. She was salivating as it arrived. Gallones is a family run business with a few shops.
