Buen servicio con buen producto y cocina innovadora. Hemos comido muy a gusto y platos como la Gilda y la ostra nos han sorprendido.

El menú degustación es muy bueno y hay platos que por supuesto repetirían en cualquier momento. Bocados como la erreka eran de excepcional, la Gilda reinterpretó también grande, el muy curioso y muy rico pastel de cordero, la crema de gachas acorazada que acompañaba el carabinero era espectacular, las guisantes de lagrima también no olvidar y otro gran el postre lurra con especia turrón, boletus... uno de los sabores más curiosos.

Una sorpresa muy agradable. Una experiencia muy interesante y recomendable. Con pies en el suelo, pero algunos sabores que explotaron en la boca. Fuimos hace un par de años y repetiríamos ahora porque algunos amigos nos dieron dos menús degustación. Rakel (El Chef) nos asistió en lujo y vengo a nosotros que hace una semana habían cambiado todo el menú y la verdad es que he tenido una impresión mucho mejor que mi visita anterior, un menú muy recomendado

Si producto, ejecución y equipo son de 10,como ocurre en Galerna, lo único que tienes que hacer es disfrutar. El concepto únicamente menú degustación me parece ideal para un establecimiento que pone mucho amor en todas las elaboraciones que sirven. Armonía, imaginación y equilibrio hacen que todos sus platos rocen la perfección. Íbamos con altas expectativas y fueron ampliamente superadas. Opción maridaje con elecciones por parte de la chef, muy top. Enhorabuena equipo por la maravillosa experiencia. Mil gracias!!!

Solo tiene menú degustación el cual estaba todo lo que a mi me gustaba muy bueno, aunque hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron, la primera que reservé aquí porque ley el menú degustación en su web y me pareció correcto pero la sorpresa fue que me pusieron los que ellos querían porque el menú de la web no estaba actualizado, me parece que del menú de la web al que me pusieron hay gran diferencia pero una vez que estás allí tampoco te vas a ir, y por último esto me pareció un robo y fue que por una botella de vino que cuesta entre 11 y 15 euros me cobrarán 50 sin haber carta de vinos y el té saca la botella y no te dice ni el precio, resumiendo que el que vaya pregunte bien el coste de lo que se v...
