Great for breakfast, many types of cakes and cafeteria. Some table open and courteous staff.

Great place. The welcome and service are as warm as the bread straight from the oven. Busy and place is still spotless. When are you opening in Scotland?

The food and coffee at this restaurant are delicious. The staff is kind and attentive. It's definitely worth a visit, but be prepared for long lines if you come on a Sunday before 9 am.

We were attending a book signing at a nearby church for that wonderful actress Hayley Mills.We were early so decided to choose Gail’s as it was so busy…….always a good sign.The blueberry muffin and ham and cheese croissant were delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and...friendly Voir le carte

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with friendly staff and a fantastic atmosphere. Special mentions to the staff members Fabien (store manager), Mais, Eva, Ribhhya, Karolina, Wing, Olha, Seychelle, Jiyoung, Leila, Yasmin, Liru, and Adrienne Sarrol. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. This is a great spot to visit.

After a visit to Kew we stopped off here for a drink as our favourite cafe on the corner couldn't take card payment today. The pastries looked and smelt delicious but we were not impressed with the drinks we bought. The loose leaf tea sat...above the water so couldn't infuse and was very weak. The small capachino was a tiny cup with no handle. It was weak and tepid with bitter cocoa. My friend didn't want to make a fuss so we left. Over priced and poor quality. Avoid

I am sat outside gails atm , ordered a hot chocolate , it arrived in a handleless China only what could be described as a egg cup , yes the chocolate was hot as you would expect , but I could not pick it up...as the China was holding the heat . That’s why they invented handles on cups Gail . So I went back In and poured the liquid into a paper takeaway cup , it literally filled the paper cup up only a third come on gails , get you act together. Do away with thimble type cups and give people what they want. A decent size portion for the money. I won’t be returning. Not good value for money Voir le carte
