"My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary - listen to jazz and have great food. We knew it was going to be on the pricier sode, but $26 for cocktail?! COME ON. I've lived in NYC for 9 years and have never been to such an overpriced establishment for such mediocre quality - from food, to staff. We did order a $26 cocktail because there was no other option. I ordered the bass, and my husband ordered a BLT burger. The food comes and they brought my husband the bao burger, which he specifically said sounded gross. My husband's not the type to send food back (his fault, I know,) but he was starving so thought he'd make do. I took one bite of my fish and it tasted like a salt lick, yet the vegetables had zero seasoning? I picked at my husbands bao burger because mine was disgusting, he didn't eat. I haven't even mentioned the worst part. The musician that was playing was awful - the best way to describe it was an awful attempt at karaoke because he was singing the words of a screen in front of him. You'd think in a huge jazz city, they'd at least have jazz - not a Richard Marx wannabe. The damage was $150...such a disappointing experience. Please rethink your decision to go here if at all possible. Oh, and this is my first ever restaurant review. I was just so angry I felt I needed to express it."

We went at the Funky Claude's Bar just before the Jazz festival in Montreux. Really nice atmosphere. Nice place to drink and eat listening live Jazz music.

We stopped by here for a snack & drinks, my son & son in law, which ended up being dinner. Food was excellent & drinks perfect. Staff were amazing & even looked after my 16 month old granddaughter. A great night out by the boys plus one. Voir le carte

The decoration and the ambience of this bar is amazing. On Friday and Saturday nights there is always a live concert going on. The drinks are really good however... very expensive! A drink can cost you around CHF20-24. But if what you are looking for is to impress someone with quality and nice-fun-night-out this is definitely the place!

We were staying at the Fairmont and popped in here late at night not expecting anything special. To our surprise, every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The chicken caesar salad was probably one of the best I've ever had, the burger was perfect, and the cocktails were wonderful. Highly recommended!

Heard about this place and decided to check it out while we were in town. We each had a non- alcoholic drink and shared 1 appetizer for the 4 of us and the bill was $125 francs. What? We didn’t know there was a cover...charge. There wasn’t anything Gluten Free on the menu so I just ate the olives that came with the table. The music was good and the people watching was fun. For my opinion it is the best Club in Montroeux. Very easy to find and reach by bus. Decorated with a style. Very warm welcome. Menager Regis is very helpful and ready to assist in every situation. He fulfilled all our needs to accommodate our company no matter how crowdy was the club. Live music is a plus. Waitress Annie is very kind. Beer always served cold as it deserves. Very clean toilettes. In other words do not miss it.

We came here on Saturday at around 18:30 for a quick beer and left at 2:00 as they were closing. So yeah it was a great stay. The staff is super friendly and attentive always having a great smile on their face.The beers are a bit costly but yeah it is the Montreux Palace after all, so it is OK. The club sandwich I had was also costly, but again Montreux Palace, and it was super yummy. Also the fries that came with it were super crisp and delicious. The entertainment was great as the two live acts we enjoyed that evening did a fantastic job.I can't wait to return to this amazing bar!!!
