"Ieri siamo stati da Marilisa e Cristiano a festeggiare il battesimo del nostro bambino. Tummà lo conoscevamo per esserci stati in settimana a pranzo qualche volta e a Natale. Il menù scelto ieri è stato di pesce: la loro specialità! Tutto perfetto dal punto di vista culinario e umano. La cortesia, la disponibilità e la loro professionalità va premiata.Loro sono preparati su ciò che presentano in ogni piatto,ti sanno consigliare rispetto a ciò che chiedi, ma soprattutto ti fanno sentire a casa per il calore umano che ti trasmettono. Grazie ragazzi. Vi auguro sempre il meglio. Possiamo solo consigliarvi di mettere indicazioni sulle vie principali del paese e all 'ingresso della città se non lo avete già fatto. "Once upon a time there was good old Kent Burger. Last night, together with my partner, I managed to return to our dear Kent after an unwise decision of no longer being able to book starting from last summer. Upon our arrival the very kind girls explain to us that there is no longer table service but that everything must be ordered at the cash register and they show us the QR code for the menu. I get the kent burger, my partner gets the vegan big meh. Once paid, I check the receipt as I always do and notice the prices that do not comply with the menu indicated to us upon our arrival. We go to ask for explanations as to why we had paid more than what was written and they tell us that the online menu is not updated, while the one on the blackboard is. The part that left us speechless the most was the vegan sandwich requested. My partner wanted to return here because it is one of the few places that had a varied vegan menu. The price of this product is calculated based on the price of the meat-based sandwich to which the cost of the plant-based sandwich and vegan cheese is added. Cold sandwiches, inconsistent in flavor and bland. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by a place like this which has always been characterized by the attentiveness and kindness of its guys. Serious mistake indicating a wrong menu and then not remedying it in any way. Always remember one thing, if customers always come back it is because they are fond of beautiful places like yours and not because they have to give you the bill."

"Siamo stati questo sabato a mangiare in questa braceria di cui avevamo sentito parlare bene. Partendo dall 'inizio, avevamo la prenotazione per le 22:30 e ci avevano detto comunque di presentarci prima per non perdere la stessa. Abbiamo aspettato molto prima di sederci alle 23 circa. Abbiamo ordinato qualche antipasto nell 'attesa della carne già ordinata, i carpacci erano praticamente insapore, il midollo ordinato con la tartare era bruciato e completamente coperto dal sapore del tartufo messo in abbondanza sopra, la tartare presentava anche dei nervetti all 'interno, cosa che non mi è mai successa nel corso delle mie varie visite ai vari locali fino ad oggi. La carne è arrivata intorno alle 00:30, l 'unica di cui abbiamo apprezzato il sapore è stata la costata di puledro, mentre: la salsiccia era secca e troppo cotta, le bistecche avevano poco sapore. Le bombette e le ghiumirelle diciamo che rientravano nella media. Il conto è stato alto, non credo ci tornerò, a quel prezzo mi aspetto di mangiare in maniera eccellente non come mi sono trovato in questo posto. Non lo consiglio. Infine c 'è da aggiungere che uno di noi il giorno dopo è stato anche male. AGGIORNAMENTO DOPO LA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: È ovvio che il proprietario fa di tutto per far apparire i clienti insoddisfatti come noi come gente diffamante solo per potersi parare dalla situazione. La situazione non è stata detta al momento perché come appunto già dicevo la carne ci è stata servita a mezzanotte e mezza, e stavamo morendo di fame viste le 2 ore di attesa tra il fatto che si liberasse il tavolo e l 'arrivo della carne sostanziosa . Di conseguenza abbiamo preferito non rischiare di rimanere a dormire la per esporre tutti le cose negative della nostra cena."

"I just had the most amazing dining experience at this restaurant The ambiance was cozy, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the desserts, every dish was a burst of flavors. Highly recommend it for a memorable culinary delight! The best restaurant in Apulia/Italy in my humble opinion. In my life I’ve been in some wonderful restaurants including Michelin star restaurant and I can honestly say that food in Villa Fenicia was at the same or even better level! If you visit Apulia then this is the place where you definitely need to go for great food experience! Also I need to acknowledge the super friendly and helpful waiters as they make our dining experience even better. Food and staff amazing! A great gastronomic experience!
