"In the most famous Radeberger Gasthaus, the “Radeberger Brauerei-Ausschank im Kaiserhof”, the “Biertheater” is also located. Four actors and the two “Bierhähne” Holger “Blumi” Blum and Hans-Jörg “Hans-Jürschn” Hombusch bring the guests to the tomb in the Kaisersaal. Each season, the two and their fellow fighters bring the 50,000 guests abdominal pain and some tears into the eyes of the many laugh. With 98% utilization, this is the most successful private oral theatre in Saxony. Of course, cards are also difficult to get. We were the last time over four years ago for an idea of the “Bierhähne” in Radeberg, and we could remember that there were hearty foods for beer. So we had already won four tickets for the piece “My husband is my problem” in the summer of last year, ticket beer theatre and probably gave it to our friend for the birthday. Together with their “problem” they went to Radeberg on a Saturday evening in March. We dispensed with an evening bread in a pub before, because before the event there is the possibility to take a nice meal. After we were lucky with the search for the parking lot (the Kaiserhof also has a small parking lot, but the parking situation in Radeberg is rather mau) we started to boot to the “Biertheater”. At the entrance one is greeted by the actors and led to his place. Here we were a little shocked, unlike the other years. The narrowness in the Kaisersaal Man was quite tight. In the hall long tables, at each 50 people were sitting. In total, over 300 people were in the hall. On the boards, the menus were already designed, menus were filled with several services. Two services were ultimately responsible for each table. Our young lady came quite fast, and we first ordered three large “Radeberger Zwick” for 3,40 € Radeberger Zwick and my wife chose a white wine for 5,10 €. After a few minutes we were at the table and we were able to give our food wishes. So we ordered the Soljanka as an appetizer menu twice with a Klecks make-up for 4,10 € each, once the Radeberger cheese soup with roast bread for 4,80 € and once the Marinized cheese cube-in best olive oil pickled cheese with dried tomatoes, olives and herbs for 6,90 €. Menu As a main dish we chose once the pork carving au four-carving with sausage meat baked, butter peas and fries for 13.80 €, a fire meat from chicken in sweet pepper tomato sauce with fries and cucumber salad for 10.90 €, as well as two pork carvings “Wiener Art” with homemade figs After we had placed the order, we first enjoyed the unique “Radeberger Zwick” but already after the second sip our ordered appetizers were on the table. Flott, they were, that the soups did not have to be prepared separately, was also clear in the number of visitors. It was far from a fire meat we used to do. In general, one can say to the dishes that they have a snack level. All ingredients purest convienceware, not really fresh materials, for that in price quite intense. We four were disappointed by the bank from this food. We knew that differently. Luckily, the piece of beer taps was sucked again, we had another enjoyable evening, and we both “problems of women” still cost the one or the other lap of Radeberger Exportbierbrauerei. Only the service, or our service was somewhat overwhelmed in the evening. So I got the portion of my neighbor, then it had to wait a quarter of an hour until our portions came. Also a beer was quickly written too much on the note if you didn't watch. After a friendly but energetic hint, the service reveals that you had noticed the on the go that she had written the line on the wrong note. That's how it wanted to change. Whoever believes. There is nothing to complain about cleanliness. The Kaisersaal neat and clean, even the toilets were always well maintained despite the crowds, soap and dry cloths adequately present. Our conclusion: we will have to visit the Radeberger “Bierhähne” more often, the evening was simply brilliant, and so much laughed we haven’t laughed anymore. The “Radeberger Zwick” is of course also a world for itself. Only the dishes we will take the next time in another Radeberger Gastronomy."

"They all get older these gentlemen. While I used to go to ascension with one or the other men's round, either by pedes or by foot, and with one or the other economy enjoying one or the other beer, it has become quiet around the men's day rounds. While the youth is still moving from Kneipe to Kneipe, my men's day to Corona has not even begun to go, there would be the first woes here and there. You'd rather sit in front of the TV and drink his beer. The other, much younger round is now too lazy to run or ride a bike, so one of the dear wives is ready to drive the gentlemen to a selected pub, and to get back in the evening. No, I didn't want to do that, the first one I always have, the second one is too stupid. So I am reassured that we have often used this day together as a family, as I was a lot abroad for assembly. Since our grand was at the Harry Styles concert in Munich, the would-be-in-law with his mates on tour, I suggested to my two other girls to visit the Findlingspark in Nochten in the afternoon, and to travel to Radeberg in the evening to the new Italian. The positive commitment of my girls came promptly, and so we spent the day in family. A call to the new Ristorante Aurora in Radeberg was successful, I had reserved a table for us. What has not seen this location all: two ice cream cafés, a breakfast room, a baker, an Italian (I reported: [here link] , and now the next Italian attempts here at this location. Although the plate is well equipped, the grilled paprika used, the eggplants, the zucchini and the grilled tomatoes reminded very strongly of convenience products from the local supermarket. According to Wirt, the Carbonara is to be manufactured. The spaghetti were boiled al dente and still slightly firm in the bite. Much of it was on the big plate. If she always remembers me as a relatively bright, almost white sauce with cream, she was more yellowish here. And that's right, because the original Carbonara consists only of egg and bacon, as well as a small shot of white wine. A large bowl of Grana Padano was additionally on the table, and you could sprinkle the cheese as desired. Daughters were more than satisfied and felt relocated in their Italy holiday. That was original Italian spaghetti Carbonara. Spaghetti Carbonara My wife wished the Penne Gorgonzola as she loves this strong cheese over everything. She also accepted the walnuts she doesn't like at all. But she knew that her favorite on her side would eat walnuts rather than other nuts and help her. Otherwise, the penne were again boiled here al dente, so still good and slightly firm in the bite. The cream sauce was mildly spiced and perfectly matched to the black pepper she forgot because of its allergy, which was also perfectly implemented by the kitchen. Penne Gorgonzola noodles give it to me for lunch, and so for me it was clear that it should be a pizza. Actually, I love the hot stuff, but today I let it go milder. With the pizza Aurora I was right there. On a very thin, soft and partly crispy soil a spicy tomato sauce was distributed, the airy edge of the pizza crispy and slightly brown. Pizza Aurora On this spicy tomato sauce there were many slices of mozzarella, which had been perfectly crushed in a pizza oven, then the whole was covered with fresh rocket, small slices of parma ham and fresh tomato cubes. After the pizza came out of the oven, there were still some thin slices of the spicy Grana Padano on top. But also from the glass on the table I could still use myself. Yes, even I had decided correctly today, and my wife's jealous looks were certain to me. Good evidence of additional grated Grana Padano Wherever they eat that while I was tired and satisfied after my pizza, the two girls still wished a dessert. So they ordered once more: · 1x Tiramisu spoon biscuit immersed in coffee marsala Likör and a mascara cream for 7.00 € · 1x Panna Cotta – Vanilla pudding-like with homemade berry sauce and fruit for 7.00 € No 10 minutes later the girls had their dessert standing in front of them. Tiramisu The Tiramisu a dream. It's just a matter of mass. The spoon biscuit passes through beautifully from the coffee-marsala liqueur, from which the biscuit was really ample, and which had it neatly in itself. The host informed us that he had to settle guests in the beer garden before. He had also found himself here with his new girlfriend and his daughter, for the same reasons as I went up.
