"It was one of the tastiest Sunday lunches I've ever had in a restaurant, even in london. It was a very generous portion with so many different veg dishes, but most importantly they were all cooked perfectly which is hard to find with roast dinners in restaurants. And the lamb and beef were so tender and cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself has a very homely feel and the owner is lovely. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Lancashire, but in the mean time the hampers look like a great Christmas option."

a great thank you to breda and the team to make my “big” birthday parties special. excellent eating and wine, excellent service and so a beautiful venue. nothing was too much annoyed and all my special requirements were fulfilled. each of my guests enjoyed it very much. I would recommend breda murphy if they plan a special event.

we had not booked. the personal has made us welcome and found a table. clean and modern, warm and friendly. eating was amazing! our party of 4 ordered steak, duck, kedgeree and gay. best quality and very tasty. our tellers were cleaned. we had space for more and we ordered bread and butter pudding and rice pudding. highly recommended. great weinlist too. a hidden gem.

we arrived much earlier than our reservation time, but were set immediately. service was fantastic nothing was too much annoyed and eating was delicious. the portions were incredibly generous, so we couldn't manage a cape happy, we brought an orange cake to go home later. we just broke it with a cuppa. our first visit will certainly not be our last. we are also looking forward to the delivery at home! many thanks.

unexpected tasty as my man decided to lunch. which is for a small jewel this place, in a corner only fucked away at the railway bridge. fabulous eating, excellent service and beautiful environment and atmosphere. the lunch menu on Sunday seemed expensive, £28 for 2 courses. but they get what they pay for. the starter and the main course were both deliciously presented and perfectly cooked. the meal was one of the most delicious meals I had eaten in a long time.
