we had a fab lunch here. the service was brilliant, eating was fantastic, we had scallops, salmon, roast beef main and sticky toffee and cream brûlée to finish. all were excellent

unexpected tasty as my man decided to lunch. which is for a small jewel this place, in a corner only fucked away at the railway bridge. fabulous eating, excellent service and beautiful environment and atmosphere. the lunch menu on Sunday seemed expensive, for courses. but they get what they pay for. the starter and the main course were both deliciously presented and perfectly cooked. the meal was one of the most delicious meals I had eaten in a long time.

it was one of the most beautiful Sunday dinners I ever had in a restaurant, even in london. it was a very generous portion with so many different sweet dishes, but above all they were all perfectly cooked, which is difficult to find with roast dinner in restaurants. and lamb and bark meat were so tender and perfectly cooked. the restaurant itself has a very cozy feeling and the owner is beautiful. I am definitiw next time in lancashire, but in the meantime the hampers look like a great Christmas option.

my wife and I booked here for Sunday dinner. we didn't know what to expect because they can't believe everything a website says. When we drove past and saw the outside, we were a bit pesimetic, but when we were in it wow it was... really nice. from this point it was even better to welcome, staff, eat, service, price all excellent. the portions are good and the price is very reasonable for the high quality foods. if they are someone who enjoys a good choice and loves eating good, they must give this place a try. they will not repent.
