This dessert was truly a work of art, even at a young age."

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and had the most delicious meal I've had since arriving in Folkestone. The bread and butter were fantastic, and the shoe with mussels was superb. The prices were very reasonable and the music selection (Julie London, Nat King Cole on vinyl) was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place.

The French Sun King Louis 16th boiling away in his legendary orangery at Versailles famously made the finest marmalade in all Christendom, but not any more! All hail the new marmalade king, by Dave, the brilliant chef-owner of the Folkestone Wine Company, whose small batch marmalade puts the Sun King in the shade!
