"5 stars easily. Myself and my fiancé went to the Chester branch for my birthday on 29th August, we were not disappointed! We were treated to two glasses of prosecco and all of our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. Great value for money we will definitely find and go to our nearest Firejacks. Thanks Firejacks for an outstanding birthday celebration! xxx"

Good food in a new refurbished restaurant. Staff polite and warming during evening. Trouble with booking through OpenTable as reservation wasn't recognised.

There was no mojito mix to start then no ribs and then no 6 oz steak so basically everything we ordered they didn't have so not good plus it was a Thursday evening

We booked for my daughters birthday and had a great meal, the staff and the overall experience was lovely however the food although Cooked perfectly we didn’t feel was anything special for the slightly raised price compared to other American diner restaurant chains.

Once again we had a lovely meal, hubby chose chicken melt and I opted for Creole salmon, both delicious. I like white wine, hubby prefers red, both wines were excellent. Special mention for Tom our waiter who was very friendly and efficient. Will be visiting again soon.

The layout of the restaurant was nice, we liked the leather booths. Our service was timely and polite but the food was poor. We had the chicken melt and the surf and turf burger. Both came with chips and a small amount of red cabbage slaw. The chicken and burger resembled 2am student van food not great for approximately £13 15 each.

We were greeted by an unfriendly waiter who didn't smile or offer any warm welcome. After sitting down, it took about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, and then another 10 minutes after that for our food to arrive. The overall experience was quite disappointing, and I won't be returning. I would advise others to avoid this place as well.
