Been visiting ever since they opened, the desserts are amazing and very reasonable priced. Recommend this place the atmosphere is family friendly

today at 19:30 clock, it is now 9:30 clock. rank at 8:30 clock told us that it would arrive in 15 minutes maximum. would not recommend. frightening service

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and it arrived later than expected. The toppings on my crepe were incorrect and the waffle was disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again. Voir le carte

Sadly, this place was really disappointing. The location is pretty and the actual place is fine and the staff too but the food is cheap quality- fake chocolate and quite childish. Such a shame because it has such a lot of potential. Far better dessert...places in Walsall where, for the same price, you can get really decadent and delicious food as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a terrible experience. It took over 90 minutes to receive our food, even though other reviews had mentioned quick service. The food was cold, undercooked, and soggy. Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience. There are plenty of better dessert shops in the city, so we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I received a call instructing me to meet the delivery person downstairs, but I couldn't leave my baby son, who is under 1 year old, alone in the apartment. The person on the phone insisted that they either leave the delivery upstairs and I come down to get it, or they would cancel the order. They were very rude on the phone. The chocolate chip cookie dough was burned and drowned in chocolate to hide the mistake. The crepe and waffle were large, but the cookie dough and service were terrible. Voir le carte

The worst desert place in Walsall. Me and my wife thought we’d try somewhere different and this place seemed to look good with all their photos etc Ahahah Joke was on us. Food was delivered cold, tasted like something you could by from your local...Asda. The delivery driver was on drugs or something and literally ran away to his car and sped off. What a disgusting disappointment! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I shall be reporting this to trading standards for consumers. I’m not even going to ask for the money back cause I think they’re going to need it to take lessons in how to make a decent desert.

Would never order from here again! Ordered at 5:45 when the order came at 7pm it was incorrect. I was told I would have to have a discount next time. I said I either want a refund or the correct order sending out. 9:15 and...the order still hasn’t been sent out, even after multiple phone calls and speaking to the manager and being told at 8:15 it would be the next one out and said they would cancel the order online. Really poor customer service, will no longer be coming here! Quite disappointed as we have been here a few times with no issues but this has completely put me off, will be going elsewhere

The shop was empty around 7pm which you'd think they'd be happy for custom! The 2 girls in the shop did not seem welcoming AT All, no smiles no customer service! The seats were filthy and the menus were sticky! When seated the lady did...not tell us we would have to order at the till, and was frowning and showed attitude when asked if she would take our order. Then another lady at the back said she told us (from behind the counter out of sight) that we'd have to go to the till. No one smilled all night!!
