"Dear Management,We had reserved a table in the fietis for 17:30h in the family holiday for the birthday of my mannes. due to our afternoon event, we could not hold the slot and even contact us by phone in the restaurant to announce our delay. the competent service power that received the telephone call reacted very snippily there. arrived in the restaurant, the snippish behavior increased in arrogant to declining and unfortunately in no wise service or customer-oriented. We were made aware that we can no longer perceive our reservation by 18:15h, as the orders (by steak = short-fried) would last at least 2 hours.
