"Dear Management,We had reserved a table in the fietis for 17:30h in the family holiday for the birthday of my mannes. due to our afternoon event, we could not hold the slot and even contact us by phone in the restaurant to announce our delay. the competent service power that received the telephone call reacted very snippily there. arrived in the restaurant, the snippish behavior increased in arrogant to declining and unfortunately in no wise service or customer-oriented. We were made aware that we can no longer perceive our reservation by 18:15h, as the orders (by steak = short-fried) would last at least 2 hours. Of course, we were too late, however, in the local 3 tables were occupied and on us the argumentation was constructed as we had our children with it, and that apparently did not fit the target audience. we had no impression at any time that we wanted to be helped and that they could do anything to place us. because of my understanding, this behaviour is to be justified only by lack of training, customer orientation and professionalism as well as experience. for a good restaurant the service is the visit card. we go very often and also eat very high-quality - such a playful (rough play)? we've never seen all (5 grown-ups) for happiness. the saying "the customer is king" was not fulfilled here. even if the reservation can no longer be held or the guests do not correspond to the target audience, a friendly, professional and value-adding alternative is the a and O.I wish them that it is a one-time slip and that this is not the rule service behavior in the fietis. great restaurant. absolutely nice and competent service with helpful recommendations. very good, varied menu with always fresh elements. the food (hüftsteak) was really top. would like to go to dinner again at any time.

we were randomly on this secret tip.The food was excellent, the service was very good. we paid for 5 people approx. 150 euro. price / performance for wyk at the top limit, but still ok.I would recommend this restaurant to friends!

After we went past the local one we finally decided to go to eat there too.There was a greeting from the kitchen, the appetizers were very good. as the main course we had four different eating, fish and meat, all to the point.The service was very friendly to us courteous.We have definitely sat two hours in the restaurant, so is nothing for between times.

in the fietis, you don't get a table without pre-ordering. that also has a good reason. the kitchen is one of the best here in a tub. we were eating more often there, and were never disappointed. the prices are justified. the service is nice and sniffy also likes. the interior modern and beautiful. the menu selection is sufficient and tastefully very good. nothing else to recommend to me than this restaurant. top kitchen and a top team get full score.

in the last 14 days we were three times in the evening to eat at fietis. on the first night my choice fell on the gourmet Filet, to which I also remained faithful to the other two visits. astonishing was that the quality of the meat (from the usa) had consistently high quality. also the supplements were tastefully selected and prepared. for the beef salad of my wife, the executed one applies in the same. also the children's dishes are lovingly executed. the service was very nice and personal. we will come back next year in any case.

Fities is a nice little restaurant in the pedestrian zone of Wyk. It has a few tables outside too. The ambience is modern, nice and cozy. Probably it was recently refurbished, because we can't share the impression of a canteen-like atmosphere at all.Not surprisingly, the menu focuses on fish and meat dishes, but includes a few vegetarian options too. Everything we had was nice. The service was good, but not entirely flawless. And the value was adequate.So when in Wyk and dining out, Fities is one of restaurants to include in your dinner rotation.
