"I have been going to the Faure Restaurant for 10 years and I can say this place is amazing! The menu is a fantastic price and certainly well worth it at 19€. The Lambs ribs are sourced from their own family butcher, located just below the hotel restaurant. They are truly sublime and always cooked to perfection by the family Chef. I have tried all of the restaurants in Sallent and the ribs and meat here is unparalleled The starters and desserts are also fantastic! The restaurant has a very easygoing pyrenean atmosphere and the service is impeccable! This is an absolute must visit when staying in, or near to Sallent de Gallego."

Muy buena comida, restaurante muy tranquilo y la atención de 10. Un encanto la mujer que asiste y sirve las mesas. Muy buenos platos que hemos elegido. El entrecot, el consomé, la ensalada de tomate rosa y la longaniza. Muy recomendable.

Highly recommended restaurant with friendly staff. During the first visit they did not have any vegan options in the menu but they did not hesitate to modify some of the dishes. During the second visit they put some delicius vegan options (cold melon soup, seitan) and the chef came to talk to us.
