"After re searching on here where was best to go for a casual chilled out dinner with work colleagues I thought this place sounded cool. When we arrived we were shown to our table and ordered drinks and all was fine but after a while...it dawned on us nobody had come back to take our food order. When we finally placed it the waitress advised us to order starters as there was a 35 minute wait on food which we did. After over an hour with no starters appearing we chased them up and they told us they would get our mains our soon along with our starters at the same time We told them to therefore skip the starters as they weren’t needed. Might have been nice at this point to been offered more drinks or maybe one on the house for the long wait caused. After a lot of chasing our main meals finally came out at 8.55 1hr 40 minutes after sitting down at the restaurant! The burgers were very plain and average and not anything like the description on the menu which was disappointing. The beanie burger was a soya burger not a beanie burger as described on the menu! There wasn’t even so much as a garnish on the plate to dress it up. Pretty glad we ordered fries and coleslaw as a side. By this point we all felt a bit deflated, we had been completely ignored and nobody had even checked our meals were ok or cleared our plates afterwards. We paid the bill and left and won’t be returning as the way we were looked after was truly disappointing. I’m not sure what quite went wrong in the kitchen that night but it can’t possibly take that long to cook some burgers when the restaurant was not that busy or even full. When we asked to speak to the manager the guy didn’t even seem to know who the manager was that night! Shambles!"

5th time coming for dinner and drinks. Food was perfectly cooked as always, as were the cocktails. Best mojitos iv ever had consistantly perfect Cheers guys, will return!

had a nice meal and cocktails and this restaurant. burgers were both meat and veggie options. the place had a great chilled atmosphere and the environment and the staff were nice.

at the first visit, viewed online before they went there, the foods and drinks looked beautiful. in reality even better. koctails were fab, the food looked delicious and tasty also, overall a great experience and highly recommended.

after our meal yesterday evening after they paid our bill, they refused to accept our money as the manager had changed the rules. there was absolutely no sign or mention on the website that informed us in advance. will not go back or recommend as the manager did not try to solve the problem.

This is a Bob Marley themed' burger restaurant! Service was great although we had a bit of a wait this was explained to us before we ordered. Decor is great and nice touch giving Bob Marleys' story' on the wall. We had nachos followed by...a Marley Burger and Jerk Chicken skinny burger. We had Mango rum cocktails very good! The menu offers good choice as does the drinks menu.

We came down from Stoke on trent to have my son 18th birthday party we had a phone call to say that the fan in there kitchen was not working but i had been down there in the lunchtime to drop off cake and balloons...for the meal taxi and 15 people arriving at 1900 hrs call from them csncelling at 1840....very bad and upsetting particularly as for children with specicial needs attending

Visited with 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Quite quiet so could choose where to sit. Good menu mostly variations on a burger theme! Before 6pm have to order at the bar but this was no issue! Kids meals were lovely and good...value (fair size We had selection of filthy fries, halloumi fries, nachos (with pulled pork which was delicious), fish bites and bbq chicken wings. All were served quickly and were tasty. Would say not the greatest server/bar person in the world but didn’t detract overall Fairly good value for money prices about average! Would def go back and certainly need to try what looked like amazing burgers!
