had an online booking by opentable, confirmed by the restaurant (lunchtime am sa 27 nov.,) just to find that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday! no notiz in the window to explain why and no contact from the restaurant.

The reception we received upon entering the restaurant was not welcoming. We were disappointed to find that the milkshake machine was broken, especially since we had chosen this burger joint partly for its milkshakes. We won't be returning.

The welcome we received upon entering the restaurant was not very warm. We were disappointed to find that the milkshake machine was out of order, especially since that was one of the reasons we chose this burger restaurant. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

We were left without ordering after making a reservation. When we arrived, we were informed that there would be at least an hour wait, so we decided to leave after struggling with the app for quite some time. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t get any!

we went through the door and told the staff, we had a table booked, the staff seemed uninterested and the restaurant was unwilling. also noticed packings of doses of drinks on a side of the restaurant, as if they had not disturbed to take them away. at this point we decided that we did not want to stay and went to another restaurant. We arrived only to discover that the restaurant was closed, which had not been communicated in any way by them or the restaurant. This is very poor practice. When we voiced our concerns, we were offered a 20% discount and non-alcoholic drinks for our next visit. Honestly, we've received better compensation from places where we had no reason to complain!

I also noticed that there were packs of canned drinks stacked to one side, as if they hadn't made any effort to tidy up.
