"falstaff was so good that we went twice, and we were only for three nights in palermo. it is hard to get good meat in southern Italy. we live in bari and wish we had a falstaff here. in the first night we all had steaks. I had the Australian nativity and mean the American. they were both cooked a perfect medium wheel, and the dazzling hot plate was a nice note, so my steak was hot with every bite. some grains of the Himalayan stone salt were sprinkled on the hot plate and the plate next to it. after an unfortunate meal at another place we returned to falstaff. I had the steak again, but my man had a perfect bacon cheeseburger, with the burger made of knife cut meat and then formed, instead run several times through a meat grinder. both dishes were cooked perfectly. my man had a coffee and an excellent one."
