Good food. Great service. The spanish tapas was outstanding. The winelist was short, but good enough for us. Nice location.

La Terrazza is an excellent restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff was fantastic. The Maitre d' was friendly and welcoming. The pistachio dessert was absolutely delicious. We ended up dining there two more times during our trip.

We were looking for a quick lunch, but were taken aback but the hospitality and service, Pamela our server was friendly and forthcoming with reccomendations for food, we had a lovely experience and will definetly be coming back Thanks again to Pamela and the team

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent. It offered everything you could desire. The food was delicious! I always have a great time at La Terrazza. I have been there multiple times and it never fails to impress. The staff are all wonderful and the menu is fantastic. It truly is authentic! I ordered the Pollo Milanese, one of my favorite dishes, and they make it so well here. Make sure to try the calamari, it's perfect for sharing. Thank you all again!

The breakfast buffet here was an unexpected delight. They had a huge assortment of fruits, pastries (including gluten free varieties), classic English Breakfast options, juices, coffees/teas, breads, cheeses, meats, and more. They even made me a top notch coconut milk cappuccino. Albino and his staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and make sure I had an outstanding experience. On top of that, you can tell the staff loves working here and are like a family to each other. I only wish I had more time so I could try dinner here too!

This is a hidden gem in London. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and from my first breakfast I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Albino who knows the names of every single guest and always smiling and friendly with everyone. Asrar is another great team member who is making amazing coffee and so friendly as well. And their manager Cesar who is taking care of every single detail 24/7. I wish I got all the names of the staff as all of them deserve a big recognition. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a nice variety . The dinner menu offers a delicious Italian selection.
