"Popped in here today to pick up some lunch. Ordered a wrap and a baguette and at £8 each I was expecting something amazing. First there’s a HUGE blatant disregard for basic food hygiene and safety. None of the people preparing the sandwiches had gloves on and were picking up the ingredients with their bare fingers. I Witnessed one of the guys lick his fingers then continued to prepare someone’s sandwich!!! We waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches which were apparently toasting. The baguette had 1 slice of ham and the cheese had soaked into the bread which was stale. The wrap, cold, soggy and not toasted at all. £16 for 2 horrific sandwiches, absolute joke. Avoid at all costs!!"

They served us super quick and with a smile, while preparing a banquet for 120 people! They also gave us some tips for our journey across Scotland. Amazing place for a breakfast

Food made to order with fresh ingredients breakfast : muesli , porridge, wraps, pastries. Lunch soups and tasty salad. Friendly atmosphere and funky 80s 90s sound track. It’s my go to for good food away from home. Gluten free and veggie options always available Voir le carte

Angels ! My 16yr old sprained her ankle this morning across the street and we couldn’t get to her quickly. Uber cancelled and the staff from Embo offered cups of tea and helped move bags waiting till help arrived from family. Eternally grateful Mum. Highly recommend!

Food safety and hygiene are completely disregarded in the place. I saw a young man making a wrap with his bare hands, he got sauce on his fingers…. Licked it off and then straight away used the same fingers to put chicken on a wrap Is this place for real? We were going to eat lunch here but clearly saw this and just left. Avoid at all costs on less you want salmonella
