"Something has changed in this restaurant. It has been our regular place for family celebrations for the last two years, but there is a lot of difference from previous occasions. We ordered patatas al Cabrales: the potatoes were raw, and the sauce was super runny, we imagine it was reduced with water, a disappointment considering that the two ingredients in the portion were inedible. We informed the waiter that the potatoes were raw and he brought us another plate of potatoes, also raw. We ordered a portion of eggs with mincemeat and potatoes, and they were still raw, we imagined that they were all from the same batch. It's not that they were hard: they were raw inside, not done. The cachopo was good, but they have raised the price absurdly and it is now close to €29, an outrageous price. Although we had a bad experience, we wanted to order dessert because El Trisquel's rice pudding was mandatory. However, now it is a very simple rice pudding, much worse, without even burnt sugar on top as usual. It has gone from being the best rice pudding we had ever eaten to being a daily menu rice pudding for tourists. It was not a pleasant meal either since it was excessively hot, they do not have air conditioning activated or fans and the day we went it was 35 degrees outside. Half the room was fanning itself and I, personally, drenched in sweat. I put 3 stars because on other occasions we have enjoyed good meals, but it is a place we will not return to. Vergonzoso, el personal no tiene formas con los clientes, único restaurante vacío en tres canto este domingo y entendemos el motivo. Nada recomendable,

Cachopos titánicos y riquísimos hechos al horno, lo cual se agradece para que el estómago no te dé media vuelta luego. Otras opciones sin duda son los choricillos con salsa de cabrales, te vuelves loco. Genial para comidas en grupo.

The waiter has been so rude that we left on the third rudeness, before they took our food order. It is not understood how you can have people like that facing the public. Looking at the letter, it doesn't seem like we've missed much either.

Fui a comer con la familia y un trato lamentable, el personal chulesco y desagradable. Era el único restaurante de 3 Cantos donde en el último momento encontramos hueco para una mesa numerosa, y ahora entiendo el motivo!, 0% recomendable!, mejor un telepi...

Trato muy desagradable y vacilón. 8 personas con 4 bebés, no tuvimos que levantar e irnos por el trato, vergonzoso, los camareros te dicen que no te recomiendan nada y encima te vacilan cuando le preguntas sobre las raciones. Pedimos la cuenta y nos fuimos sin llegar a probar los aperitivos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto,
