"El Redebal is down a side street from the main drag. It has a large sunlit inside and a terrace. The service is excellent with the owner and waiter both handling English well. The dishes are really innovative. Ine day I had the 19euro lunch segovian salad, duck knuckle and Greek yoghurt, and the next day I had to go back and had fried artichoke then puff pastry with suckling pig and mushrooms. El Redebal is different to all the other restaurants I went to in Segovia and I would definitely return. Highly recommended."
