Efes Bbq - Menu

tonight had a nice evening at efes. eating was delicious, waiter were helpful, although it was a busy night, they were attentive. I couldn't mistake the customer service. will go back very soon.

Very disappointed!!! First food was blund not testy at all and also over prices..... We complained to manager.. He seemed not bother... Salad was soo simple never seen any other Turkish restaurant....

Easy to make a reservation on line. Good variety on menu. Served promptly by friendly and helpful staff. Starters were delicious, mains tasty and well presented. Baklava was a nice way to finish the meal.

Early Sunday lunch, service was excellent, staff very attentive and friendly. Food was really good, plentiful freshly cooked and tasty, portions very generous. First visit but will definitely return and would recommend

the food was good, but the service was terrible. No one asked us how our food was and had to ask time for our bill, then had to go into the cash to pay how no one came to collect the money. they couldn't handle how busy it was. all this after half an hour in the cold waiting until the people go to get a table, even tho we had booked one.

Sat down, it wasn’t busy, there were plenty of tables empty. Our waitress was poor from the outset. From beginning to end. She barely said two words and was extremely awkward. She looked as though she couldn’t think of anything worse but to be there....I don’t even have the time to go into how bad it was. But we complained and the manager and another waiter explained that it wasn’t the first complaint they had had. It’s put me off going back.

first on a Saturday night it is not for couples. loud party music played all night so you couldn't talk. the chicken served on brot was terrible, just bucking brot, but the rest of the food was good. not a great greeting from. a very scary mait speech that came to the net when they cleared the appetizers away. at the end I asked about the bill that never came, so I asked again minutes later to say, they can not see that we are busy and then the waitress threw the bill on the table. not a great experience and we will not return

I've been to efes many many times, I live local, usually they've always been good. Tonight it was busy, but same as usual, and service was awful. We asked for water times during our meal, no one got any, and one waitress gave it...when we were paying our bill! Lack of care from staff, most running around doing nothing, and one staff trying to pick up their slack. Awful service tonight BUT food was good, shame about water being served when we were done after times of asking different waiters. Same about the bill we asked times to different staff, no care shown.

we were in dunstable for an overnight stay and were looking for somewhere to eat. we enjoy Turkish eating and found efes bbq online. it is a large airy restaurant and eating is prepared at the front. we received a friendly greeting from the cooking team before we stepped from the waiting staff on our table. we were able to choose our own table that was appreciated. the places had a beautiful atmosphere and offer clearly for couples, families and larger parties alike. eating was nice, nicely cooked and presented and reasonably priced. there are two portions for eating, again something we liked. it is a recommendation from us!
