beautiful main thing and desserts. it was a Sunday, so we had 2 Turkish ham dinner and a rib wings. all were excellent and the desserts were also beautiful. personal so friendly and service really fast

Very poor service, Told to take a seat , had to grab our own menus then finally after got the waiters attention, With our order got told half the stuff on the menu wasn’t on it , very unorganized Ended up walking out Service: 1

this was my first visit to boston grill and it won't be my last! eating was delicious and the staff was efficient and very friendly. only a critique was it a very cold night and the air conditioning was up, we both had to keep our weights throughout the meal, I understand that the staff was perhaps warm to foot, but we were not definitiw. As a family we would have gone here in the past as our go to restaurant. However we have all agreed that the food is getting worse. Waitress took my last meal off the bill it was so bad. This is a great place. I highly recommend here for a number of reasons. Firstly, the food is great. The menu has a very good selection of starters, mains and desserts plus a great selection of refreshments. Secondly, the service is fast without being rushed and friendly without being smothering. Our server, Reece, was very welcoming and remembered us from previous visits. Thirdly, if you're going to the cinema next door it's perfect for a bite before you settle down to enjoy your movie. When my daughter suggested going to Airtastic in Lisburn I thought it was one of those airplane simulation things!! I think I can still hear her laughing at me! We had a fantastic time ten pin bowling, not great as it's been years but was a laugh. Called in at the Boston Grill and the meal was lovely with a gluten free burger option so suited me perfectly. Reece our server was excellent, very informative and attentive. 10 out of 10 for service and will definitely call again if I am in their neck of the woods another time.
