"Wir waren erstmals nach dem Pächterwechsel vor ein paar Jahren da. Lange haben wir gewartet wie sich der neue Pächter macht bevor wir mal wieder kommen wollten. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Ambiente war noch wie zuvor. Gepflegt, gediegen aber auch langsam in die Jahre kommend. Der Eingang ist barrierefrei, der Gastraum weitgehend. Ob es barrierefreie Toiletten gib wissen wir nicht. Wir orderten Pizza Contadina und Tagriatelle Salmone (Lachs). Die Tagliatelle waren perfekt al dente und auch der Lachs auf den Punkt gegart und noch schön saftig. Auch die schiere Menge an Lachs sehr gut. Meiner Frau schmeckte das Gericht ausgezeichnet. Eine gute Würze begleitete die leicht sahnige Soße. Die Pizza war ausgesprochen groß. Sehr groß! Ich wusste gar nicht mehr wie groß sie dort sind. Sie war auch von guter Würze (Teig) und schmeckte mitsamt dem guten Belag recht ansprechend. Leider war der, an sich gute, Boden aber Richtung Mitte sehr schnell sehr weich und letztlich sogar lapprig. Eine halbe oder weitere Minute mehr im schönen Holzofen hätte ihr sicherlich gut getan. Die Preise waren soweit angemessen und der derzeitigen Situation geschuldet, wobei es hier schon immer eine kleine Spur mehr kostete."

"quite the best house in which we have ever been and we travel a lot! very friendly reception, super nice room, with roller shutters! quite quietly located, here you can relax and sleep in rest. very good eating to fair trips. as well as the breakfast. this is served at the table with everything you want. great thing to meet food waste. owner couple incredibly friendly and helpful. could put our hanger in the in-house shed, and the next morning the houseman helped immediately and competently with difficulty in starting (empty battery). we will come back and look forward to it!"

"At first the Schwobastueble looks like the regular traditional restaurant in a rural German area where you would expect tons of meat to be served. Quite the opposite! The current owner Claudia has started on a journey to transform the Schwobastueble into a vegan paradise. After having introduced many vegetarian options first, the menu now almost completely consists of vegan dishes! Only by special request and on Sundays meat will be served. This is a transition phase of a very traditional family business and the goal is to go all vegan. The dishes are mostly hearty Swabian cuisine, very delicious. A changing menu and once-a-month all vegan Sunday brunch offer endless choices. Go there and support the change from meat place to vegan heaven! Very friendly and warm service. "We were able to take part in the wine dine event and found excellent kitchen service there. The staff was courteous, friendly, relaxed, attentive simply a top performance by the entire team. "After visiting the beautiful view, I would like to give you some information about the restaurant. For 125 years, hosts have been hosting family business for generations. They are convinced by the shortest delivery routes and regional or national ingredients and suppliers. Reh and wild boar for your popular wild dishes are mainly obtained by hunters whose fields lie in the forests around Lutzenberg. They also participate in the action decorated in the south. The main ingredients from Baden-Württemberg are controlled here. The wines and beers are also from the Afri Cola and Bluna region. And all at prices that are absolutely affordable. I can only say 6 stars. Always happy. Those who do not know the place can join with a walk in the beautiful area."
