The bread is really excellent. I'd rather like the Schrotbrot. My tochers like to eat it (9 months, without teeth. It is very soft inside, it crushes it with the palate: My son 3 likes it too and I love it. Even my friend who doesn't like a grain bread, it tastes: Hope the bread will continue to exist:
