"Most of the restaurants have set themselves to Corona times. Some have also used the forced break in spring to develop new ideas. The Dobbendeel definitely belongs to it. On the map you will find exciting new things next to the classics (the TV menu is unfortunately missing). A poultry essence is smoked in the plate, a salmon fillet is unconventionally combined with borillas-sud and ratatouille-ravioli, a cream Brulee gets a new texture through some milk rice. It is particularly pleasing how precise the new ideas are realized in the kitchen. The vigil in the poultry essence is soft, the salmon is perfectly cooked to the point and the cream Brulee has a freshly caramelized sugar crust. Definitely a recommendation."

A magnificent view of the lake, which has its charms in every weather. The staff is very friendly and binding. The menu and cake selection leaves hardly any wishes. We were warmly welcomed in this wonderfully warm ambience and our special requests for food order were also implemented without any problems. The food was excellently dressed and tastefully perfect. The prices are in an absolutely reasonable framework from my point of view. In my opinion, the wine map could be something more international because I don't like German red wines. our visits were before corona, but I think what I write is still true. we like to eat here. we are on the way as a family (4 people) and were always satisfied with the environment, service and of course the kitchen. the kitchen is prepared for a lot of regional, seasonal and also good for personal desires and changes. the kitchen buffet as well as the self-made ice cream/sorbet is very delicious. we have always left the last well saturated and extremely satisfied.
