Nachdem ich zum Geburtstag eine Einladung zum Brunch erhalten habe, war ich schon sehr gespannt auf dieses - für mich neue- Lokal. Alles in Allem ein sehr, sehr höfliches Personal,... zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben wäre der Chef, oder Geschäftsführer des Lokals, der sehr umsichtig und höflich agiert. Sehr Gute Hintergrundmusik!!

This restaurant was recommended to us by another source and thank god we hadn't actually read the TripAdvisor review because then we might not have gone. The mixed tapas appetizer was one of the best plates I've had in a while. Everything fresh and tasty. Our two mains were also excellent. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Our only mistake was sitting outside. The weather was lovely but I had forgotten how many Europeans smoke and there wasn't enough wind to carry it away. Next time inside!

A group of 5 if us went here for dinner as it was handy for our hotel. Not much atmosphere as the restaurant was almost empty, it being the 2nd January. Initially we were a bit disappointed as it seemed like a basic cafe menu, however the food was excellent and very professionally presented. We had a mixed starter of hummus, tzatziki and various dips and bread to share which was delicious. Main course of mini burger with chicken wings was superb, and a huge portion! Prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. Would recommend.

Die Wäscherei liegt etwas abseits der großen Touristenplätze, ist aber dennoch gut erreichbar (per U-Bahn) und leicht zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine reichliche Auswahl: Semmeln/Croissants, warme Gerichte (Chili con Carne, Rührei, Bacon etc.), verschiedene Aufstriche, Wurst/Käse/Lachs, Obst und Gemüse, Humus und Couscous-Salat und natürlich auch süße Speisen, wie z.B. Waffeln. Geschmeckt hat es auch sehr gut! Das Buffet kostet 16€ inklusive Säfte, Heißgetränke müssen separat bezahlt werden. Der Preis ist für das wirklich große Angebot sehr in Ordnung. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich und nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We were a group of 8 plus one 3 month old baby. Reservation was done by phone and said that it is fine to bring a baby. we were sitting in a big room were you enter the venue. We had the all you can eat option on a sunday, which was poorly presented and the options were limited. It took a while to get a well tempered coffee (espresso was ordered... . The accustics were terrible it was difficult to understand the person sitting next to you. The room were the food was presented has better acustics. Might be clever to ask for a table there and/or letting the customer know before hand. It was possible to leave the baby buggy at the entrance. Toilets were lacking a diaper changing table.

Popular for brunch because it's a nice spread, but lots of times staff can't keep up and certain dishes run out for too long (cutlery too). The brunch is set up on the bar and there's really not enough room to maneuver properly, but what would be the alternative? Maybe to put it in the main dining room but then have to remove all those tables crammed into the middle of the room. The biggest problem is terrible acoustics that make it impossible to have conversations in the main dining room (the room with the bar where brunch is served might be a little better). this used to be THE brunch location in Vienna a few years back. you had to reserve a table weeks in advance. I wanted to give it another try after some years passed and I was already surprised that a week in advance I still managed to get a table for 6. after a while the place was full, but nothing compared to a few years ago.the brunch is ok: there are some warm dishes, which were nice. they have some ham and cheese (quite cheap, not very tasty), the bread is ok and some sweets are there too.the atmosphere is not too cosy, it gets rather loud there - but the worst part are the waitresses. they try to be nice, but they are helpless! first they told us that warm drinks were not included in th...

Wir haben einen Tag vorher angerufen und problemlos eine Reservierung tätigen können. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr kompetent und freundlich, daher haben wir uns bereits sehr auf einen tollen Lunch in freundlicher Umgehung gefreut. Dort angekommen, haben wir trotz der Gehbehinderung einer meiner Freundinnen einen zugigen, weit vom Buffet entfernten Platz zugewiesen bekommen. Erste böse Überraschung: auf der Website wurde versprochen, dass in dem 16 Euro Preis ein Getränk inkludiert ist, doch dem war leider nicht so. Wir haben also auf eigene Kosten bestellt, in der Meinung, dass jedes Getränk nur 2 Euro kostet - ebenfalls auf der Website zu sehen, hatten dann beim Zahlen ein böses Erwachen. D...
