"Die Limonen kommen von REWE. Zumindest waren noch die Aufkleber im Drink an den Früchten. Gläser dreckig. Die viertel Kartoffel beim Gericht Steak mit Rosmarinkartoffeln konnte ich nur mit Hilfe des Personals entdecken. Das Personal mega gelangweilt und genervt. Kinder bekommen keine Speise und kommen nicht an den 2m hohen Handtuchspender zum Händewaschen. Ambiente draußen müsste dringend mal gepflegt werden. Da ist noch der Dreck und das vermoderte Holz vom letzten Besitzer. Die Preise sind dazu noch zu hoch. Diese wären erst angemessen, wenn zuvor richtig in Personal und Ambiente investiert wird."

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend! Wir hatten den Inselspieß und den Inselburger. Beides sehr lecker und gute Portionen. Der Service war nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, sehr aufmerksam. Voir le carte

This was my first trip to the island and I was blown away from the food and the price. I have eaten in many restaurants in Germany and this was by far the best I had in recent years... excellent value for money

Wir hatten für 10 Personen reserviert, wurden auf der Terrasse (Dank des schönen Wetters) platziert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, schnell und umsichtig. Die Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice outdoor area at the Weser. My goat cheese in sesame coat on leaf salads with walnuts and raspberry on raspberry vinegar dressing was very delicious! The prices are correct and the operation is very courteous and friendly. You're welcome.

This is on an island and seems to be a popular place. There are many outdoor covered and open seating and the interior is beautifully decorated. They serve directly on site food but despite an advertisement there was no Lowenbrau beer, a great disappointment!... I'm buried, paid by the nose for bottled water, E4.50 for 75cls.

"if you want something else for lunch or dinner, this may be an option. pfannekuchen is a German pancake house that offers both sweet and hearty pancake dishes. they are very cheap and also serve drinks for adults. I enjoyed a speck filled with cheese, sink and spinach (in a teig) pancake. it was good and saturating with a good balance of all 3 ingredients. the only disappointment was the service. obviously my server did not seem to want to be there. I was here once, but I did not stay and the same waiter seemed not too interested. eating is good if they want a pancake meal. if you expect a culinary experience with attentive service, I could consider an alternative. I saw another couple going after a seemingly too short stay to eat something. opening times are not suitable for a pancake breakfast, as they open at 11 o'clock."

"We landed by chance in Osteria. In any case, we know we want to go there again. The food was sharp from the appetizer to the main course. The only thing I have to complain is the lady behind the counter. She didn't say hello to us, nor was there an answer to the question whether or not a table was free. "on Saturday 04.03.2017 we were four to the lunch table. had to wait for a long time before the servant of a vision paid tribute to us. from the menu we chose the nr. 4. was served carpaccio by the bark. the above instructed us that the feeds of the page 1 would only be served until Friday and it was not his fault if I could not read. to my answer that I didn't know that I had to attend a cure before I was allowed to be there, he offered me the opportunity to leave the restaurant and all this very rude and loud. the guests of the neighborish told us, "we are hamers, this restaurant we will never visit again". We couldn't have said that better."

"we have been to mexcal several times. the hired are friendly and the selection of food is plentiful. we are more vegan and have been able to offer a vegan food, but it is always the same. Unfortunately, not even the chips are vegan as they fry other dinges in the oil. we find that very bad, because chips for my daughter are so standard. She is only 4 years old and doesn't value much in a restaurant. Generally, I find it a pity that a kartoffel can't be vegan, but we often find it when we eat out. Last time we were there, it was okay to eat, but nothing special – maybe we had enough of it. will take a while until we visit again. To be fair, however, I have to say once again that the personal is friendly and the choice for non-Vegans is plentiful and I have never heard a negative assessment of others."

"I enjoyed a meal at Gastatte Reichsadler on a midweek evening with my traveling companion. We arrived to find the bar and restaurant packed. One of the servers gave us little hope of finding a place to sit for dinner. Waiting patiently, the owner (I...assumed) was accommodating and found us a seat. This was not an english speaking establishment, nor the menus. We both had Schnitzels and they were generous and well prepared. The hunters variety was the best. Our beer choices were limited, but adequate. The prices were reasonable, especially for the portions provided. I also noted at an adjacent table that patrons were having steaks. They looked excellent for Germany! My experience has been that Germany tends to have expensive and not the best quality steaks from an American perspective. I may have to try a steak on a future trip. This is a locals place and if you are inhibited, you best not venture in if you are uncomfortable with that situation. I however highly recommend Gestate Reichsadler for good food and beverages."
