"we spent our summer vacation here in 2012. the hotel is a little hidden in the spa park of half island devin near stralsund. we felt very comfortable here. the converted sacred house was preserved in its old style. opposite was built a new building, there are hotel rooms, office and sauna etc. we had a holiday apartment in the hotel, which was very nicely furnished and enough space for us. (4 people) in the restaurant there was always breakfast and you could eat there also lunch or evening. Eat etc. was always fresh and tasty. breakfast buffet plentiful and for every taste there is something. in winter garden they have a beautiful view of the park and partly also on the east lake. near the sandy beach. the intention is then directed in the far to the bachsunderhafen. at the harbour you can drive after the road map with the small ferry direction harbour etc. also for weddings or larger family celebrations, the hotel has a large hall."

that was the restaurant of my hotels kurhaus devin. the place is very beautiful, recently decorated in a German country chic style. portions meat and fish are very generous, local beer is offered. on one side there is also a covered terrace with plenty of light. you can see the park surrounding the hotel and you can see the local access. very nice for a short walk after dinner. average prices. koch closes around 21 o'clock instead would recommend one of these less inviting restaurants in the stralsunder city.

first I would like to hold that I certainly am not a star chef, but the fish was full of bones:( the meat and the medaillons were unfortunately dry. we celebrated the 80th birthday of our oma and were thrilled by the suppe (so three and no two stars. the equipment was also beautiful. unfortunately the service was not so on zack. as an example: the coffee sauces stood next to me for over 20 minutes (at the end of the table). Unfortunately, I must mention that I had already asked the service to clean up the glasses (with the steps taken). It was possible to manage too many two events at the same time. It may be better if you come alone, but I cannot judge.

"hidden in the city wall is this rustic restaurant in stralsund. in the entrance area welcome trembling the courageous gast, candlesticks just illuminate such a walk with old wooden beams that leads into the tummy gast house. medieval music accompany one on the way to the table. There, you will receive from a stylishly dressed slender maid and immediately receive a trough with fresh water to wash the hands - because you definitely need it.The card is clear, the prices are very favorable. who asks how to offer so cheap blackshaxen and consorts, receives the answer immediately after the order. because the view into the open kitchen reveals that everything is frozen, which is only warmed up in many times. but: 1. Who tells me that in more expensive restaurants behind closed kitchen doors isn't that? and 2. damned, it still tastes! The whole atmosphere is harmonious, the personal makes with guests and among themselves jokes and one thinks: "It could have happened a few hundred years ago." Eating is then served on a wooden tray - to cut you get an en dolch. the fork is in vain. The freshly washed hands are available for this.As a drink you can even be rich for a fair price a cup met.Everything really recommended for people who appreciate the medieval tafeley and have no pleasure or opportunity to join a large group. This is usually the basic requirement for such food. Here you sit like normal in the restaurant - only that everything is medieval."
