"Par une belle journée ensoleillée nous avons mangé dans cet endroit très agréable. L’accueil est charmant. La table bien située, à l’ombre d’un grand parasol avec vue sur le lac, est parfaite. Nous nous sommes décidés pour le menu surprise en 4 déclinaisons avec accord mets et vins. Le déroulement de cet excellent repas fut parfait. Nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats sont originaux et délicieux. Le service est assuré par de jeunes serveuses très sympathiques et professionnelles. L’intitulé des plats est clair, même si on ne se souvient pas de tous les détails. Le chef mérite amplement son étoile et semble bien parti pour en obtenir une deuxième. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Le seul petit regret c’est qu’à notre départ il n’y a eu personne pour nous dire au revoir. C’est dommage."

"the restaurant is located in a beautiful location, next to a harbour, on the lake. there are free parking nearby. on this Thursday evening the place was full. Our waitress was very friendly and tried to tell us German, but suddenly her layer ended at 19:30 and we had to leave the staff so that we could order the wee. it took at least one hour to serve the main courses after the order, and because the service was so slow and angry, we did not order more than a bottle of wine (and we were six people). the registration of our contact data was so confusing that we finally gave up these efforts. why not use a piece of paper? on the positive side the dishes were beautifully presented and served with delicious marinated vegetables. the pork chops were tender, but a little dry. we tried to book a table by email, but no answer to our post, finally called and said they don't take email reservations. please bring back paper menus!"

"I hesitated a lot what to rate this restaurant. I finally decided for average since indeed the food is good and worths to be recognized. The menu is simple: burgers, perches, salads but tasty. What ruined it for me were 2 things. First the wait: for a burger, a pasta plate and a faux fillet we waited 1 hour, after waiting 10 min to be seated and another 10 to have our order taken. Yes the terrace was full but i think it had something to do also with having only 2 people attending all tables for everything. I have never waited in my life so much for a child menu (the pasta they usually come very fast. The second reason is more worrying in the current context of required social distancing and hygiene norms. Practically there is none in this place. I had plenty of time to observe it as i was waiting( . New customers asked to sit at tables full of leftovers from previous ones. Tables not wiped at all. Waiters picking up everything by hand including money and not once in my 2 hours spent there using the desinfectant which is indeed provided in the middle of the terrace. Dessert menus passed from table to table not wiped. Net an unpleasant experience all in all. Really a pity as this place has potential with the location and the nice flavours."

"Object : Complaint regarding inappropriate server behavior Dear Restaurant Manager, I would like to write to you to express my deep dissatisfaction following an incident which occurred during my visit to your establishment. I witnessed inappropriate and inappropriate behavior from one of your servers. While we were having dinner, this waiter came and interfered in our conversation without being invited. Instead of focusing on his work and providing us with quality service, he started to tell us about his Naruto tattoos on his legs, and worse, he talked about his drug use, among other things. His behavior created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for me and clearly exceeded the boundaries of what is acceptable in a dining establishment. As a customer, I expected respectful service and a pleasant ambiance during my meal. Unfortunately, this server's attitude greatly tainted my experience and had a very negative impact on my evening. I would like to emphasize that this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from a catering professional. Servers are expected to be courteous, attentive and respectful to customers, and they should never allow themselves to inappropriately intrude into customers' personal conversations, much less talk about topics such as their drug use and say that he's already high. I therefore request you to take immediate measures to remedy this situation. It is essential that you remind your staff of expectations for professional behavior and ensure that incidents like this do not happen again."
