"I would give it a 3,5* if I could. The reason why I give it a 3* and not a 4* is because the owner (I assume he was the owner) needs to change his attitude and make the customer more welcome. The younger staff was professional, friendly and attentive but he needs to learn simple rules of politeness, like saying “please” and “thank you”. When you pay at the end, you don’t only say “62 euros” but “62 euros please!”. He is one of those typical business owner who just expects people to come, eat and go. Unless he treated us like “one time tourists”! The pizze are good but I wasn’t wowed. The dough could be better, they could add a bit more on the pizza because I was still hungry after eating the pizza, and I am not obese...by far. The pizza is flat with no relief from the ingredients. The pizza also lacked flavor and seasoning and adding salt and pepper later doesn’t give the same taste as when it bakes in the oven. Talking about oven, I would have expected them to have a wood fired pizza oven and NOT an electric oven. Big disappointment when you are selling yourself as a pizzeria! The dessert menu is the same boring dessert menu like any place here in Liguria: tiramisu, panna cotta, apple cake, crème caramel, pineapple slices. It feels like they have no imagination!!! On a positive note, we finally found a restaurant where the light is dimmed and not super bright like in most places around Albenga. It feels more intimate. And the prices are good. I will go again because my partner liked the ambiance combined with the food but I much prefer the pizza at 10 Torri, around the corner."

"with husband and dog we slept one night and dined in this restaurant hotel historic crossbow. the restaurant offers quality dishes mainly at km of homemade bread. we took a mixed land appetizer and one of fish, the individual satisfying portions and at least a dozen different types practically a full meal (to know the friezes to good mushrooms and always abundant portions, the second idem. in short, an excellent experience, only sins the fact of having only soft wine that I personally do not like. the very kind owner and the friendly and friendly waiter. fast service. average price. highly recommended."

"We passed by this vineyard on way to visit friends and decided to stop for Sunday lunch. Such a beautiful setting with snow covered mountains to north and a glimpse of the Med. to the south. But what really impressed us was the lovely medieval tower in which we ate. What an atmosphere inside. So different from anywhere else we visited on our trip. And the food lived up to the surroundings too. We ate delicious home made pasta with a meat sauce that was so rich and sublime. They told us it was wild boar, never had that before! The charming young chef came and advised us about the food and wine which of course was produced on their vineyard. It was a really unexpected and interesting experience."

"Quando entri in questo locale, si ha l'impressione di entrare in un comune ristorante o bar, ma una volta che vieni ricevuto da Raffaella e assaggiato i piatti di Carlo sembra di essere stati accolti a casa di un amico. Il cibo è davvero ottimo e tradizionale e quello che lo rende unico è la sua semplicità, semplicità che caratterizza tutta l'esperienza nel Bar Ristorante Neva. Durante il fine settimana c'è sempre il pienone e tocca quindi attendere un pò. Prezzi un pò alti ma più che contento di pagare per piatti buonissimi e abbondanti. Dopo una giornata passata a scalare, passare qua a mangiare è stata sempre la scelta migliore per recuperare un pò di energie. Altamente consigliato!"
