Loads of seating which is good, although the decor is abit generic and the atmosphere could be better. Cleanliness of tables and loos etc seems to be abit hit an miss around busier times/lunchtimes."

Standard Costa get exactly what you expect and it's delightful. Plenty of seating inside and a little outside of the weather permits!

The atmosphere is pleasant. I would rate the staff as satisfactory, although I have never encountered the same employees more than once.

there would be more stars, but I'll take out 2 stars for cleanliness. because on the morning at 7:30 a.m. the dirt was not removed from the day before. pfui.

the ladies are always so helpful, friendly and understanding. I have medical problems and my wife just had a school surgery. they go out of this to make our pitstop or my drawing as easy as possible tomorrow.

Very good staff I am in a wheelchair and they always make sure the doors are open for disabled customers. They always know what you want and bring it outside for me so that i can have my coffee in the nice weather

I cannot thank the staff enough in their carteron area. this morning 23/02/2022 for the help they gave me. excellent customer service and always friendly and responsive! I had a private affair and they could not have been more helpful if I could give them a price I would do. I was already a happy customer of this wonderful coffee house and more so now thank you so much
