Costa Coffee - Carte

Although the coffee and the panini were good, the tables were grubby. it needs a clean one.

Very rude aggressive staff. names Tia Marlowsmith I believe. She was very threatening. absolutely disgusting

Not our usual Costa and won’t be returning to this one. Dirty chairs and general apathy of staff make this the worst we’ve been to. Coffee weak and not up to scratch either. Heated food cold in middle.

I visited Costa yesterday to be served by a rather abrupt older lady. She was quite short with me and the other staff and left me feeling very uncomfortable, she left to go outside to vape! I won’t be visiting this Costa again!!

Just been to Costa at Kempston Retail Park, Bedford. The hot chocolate was returned twice with lumps of chocolate powder in it. The coffee had powder sprinkled on top when requested none. The tables were dirty and when a girl eventually appeared she used same cloth to clean numerous tables with no cleaning fluid. The chairs were disgusting and covered in stains. Voir le carte

Never going here again. Every table had dirty cups,plates etc, under staffed, dirty surface at the till,empty jugs stacked up at the counter, it was just shear mayhem with only two staff. A multi million pound company like this needs a firm kick up the arse . Get your act together Costa , there is no excuse for letting a buisness run like this. You're an embarresment and are not worth one star.

I pretty much visit this costa on a daily basis over the last couple of years and always receive excellent service and I never thought to leave a review before now! All the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating to your requests regardless how annoying they may be! Georgia makes theeee best coffee and the other lady with the Ombré hair (blonde at the bottom, dark at the top) thanks guys for making every visit fun.

The service was sooooo slow, two people in front of us and took maybe 7--8 minutes to get served. Two members of staff, one making drinks who half way through someones order just went and stood by the food grill waiting for the food to cook for 2 minutes, other who was on the till taking orders went and cleared 1 table and putting cups in the washer. Eventually got served and sat down, drinking my mocha and what is this in my mouth?? A big piece of paper napkin maybe??, told the girl clearing tables who did quickly replace the drink for me(only reason i gave 2 stars or else would of been 1 star). If they were quicker serving they could of cleared the 4-5 tables that had dirty cups in them so... Voir le carte
