Surly unfriendly waitress. Long wait for food. When it came it was overly salty and the avocado ‘cream’ really heavy and too much. Also very expensive for what it was. €21 for 2 light lunches not including drinks. Definitely one to avoid!

Foo d was good, Meat pie was a bit watery but tasted good. The service however was shocking, we had to ask to get a drink, ask to order, ask to pay....never been anywhere where I have had so much trouble. I dont think I...will be returning.

even though we arrived 9 o'clock, we sat and could order coffee. super friendly waiter! one of our party that walks with a crisp, the stairs didn't have to go to the bathroom, but they told him he could use the private on the floor. thanks for this quality.

Although we arrived before 9 am we were seated and able to order coffee. Super friendly waitstaff! One of our party who walks with a cane didn't have to climb up the stairs to the bathroom but was told he could use the private one...on ground level. Thank you very much for this kindness.

We first visited this bar 4 years ago and again the following year and had great service. This year the service was very poor. Staff unfriendly, supposed to be table service but no-one came unless we went to the bar. No wonder it’s empty whilst...Lindenbrau and Alex bar/restaurants are bustling.

Food ok. Service terrible. Our bankcards (4 including mastercard) would not work because the machine was broken. They told us they knew this was a frequent problem. Additional fee to withdraw cash was 4 euro. On a 20, Bill way too much. Managers reply: you...are i germany ! Do you even have enough money on your account. Rediculously unfriendly.

Nice place in Sanyo Centre at Potsdamer Platz that caught my attention because of the Australian name. Decided to give it a go. Beers were reasonably priced, food was ok. Service was good and location great. Loved the little Sydney Harbour Bridge walkway upstairs. Sat...outside watching the amazing night time colour show in the centre. Nice evening.

We had a meeting with our guide at the Potsdammer Platz at 1900 hours to take us on a tour during the Berlin Light Festival….so…we had to eat early and we had to eat something. How convenient is to have a burger and fries and...this “””Australian””” restaurant just next to Potsdamme Platz?! Nothing Australian about this restaurant…trust me, been to OZ couple of times But anyway…we had a good burger, some grwat tasting fries with it…a good glass of wine…nice service. What else does a tourist need in a city?
