during our stay in dorgali, we decided to have lunch in this restaurant. we opted for excellent macaronnes du punzu (sugo ears.) excellent even seadas and myrtle. helpful and kind staff. more than honest account! to return

After walking around Dorgali we realised it was difficult to find a good restaurant that was open in early March. Then we discovered Colibri. Wonderful, simple, tasty dishes with gorgeous local wine. The service was excellent.

We had a wonderful typical dinner, great quality and kindly owner Alberto who had good care of our little daughter. From the farmers cheese to the main dish Capra in umido finishing with a superior homemade desserts. We will return asap! Voir le carte

we found this small family-run restaurant, recommended by the dog's cellar, we had lunch with Sardinian specialties, all really good, owners very nice people at hand as we like, recommend it to the great. a hug from rudy and evoke the pisa marina restauratori.

Il locale offre cucina tipica locale in un atmosfera rilassata e in un ambiente accogliente. Ho ordinato un primo, un secondo ed un dessert insieme ad un ottimo vino e sono rimasta estasiata dai sapori dei piatti. Tutto veramente ottimo! Servizio impeccabile. Complimenti allo chef!

Percorrendo la magnifica SS125 orientale sarda, abbiamo individuato (grazie alle indicazioni sul percorso) questo magnifico ristorante, dotato di parcheggio riservato, nelle immediate adiacenze. Il personale ci ha accolto con cordialità e ci ha permesso di gustare le prelibatezze della cucina sarda. Tutti i piatti sono stati graditi dai commensali e di cui vi allego le foto.

My husband and I just finished a very good dinner at Colibri. We were so grateful to find a restaurant opened off season in Dorgali. Not so easy! Our waiter was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. We really enjoyed our choices mushrooms as a shared appetizer (photo), stews as entrees: boar with rosemary, goat with thyme. Eggplant with tomatoes as a side dish, delicious ! Dolce de la casa and red house wine This is a family restaurant and they make you feel at home! My kind of comfort food!

we booked two days in advance because we knew the place is very wanted. expectations were not disappointed. a typical appetizer is just as particular of cold and warm cold meats, cheeses and many small tastes. three first different, small ears with pork sauce, small ears with Sardinian molten cheese and culigiolones, one better than the other. One second, boar with olives, sublime. and finally we were pleased to attend a conversation in Sardinian dialect between the owner and friends sitting at the table next door. recommended Voir le carte
