"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"The food is consistent in quality, not amazing but nothing inedible. The highlight for sure was the matka gosht, cooked well, the meat was tender and sauce flavourful, if you pay a visit then order this for sure, along with a paratha or three. We also had a tava chicken which went down well. The machle la jawab is essentially chip shop masala fish served in your standard curry house base gravy. Lassawala gosht promises a lot but definitely does not live up to the hype. Everything on the mixed grill was overcooked and dry. The chefs need to revisit this for sure, some pieces like the tandoori chicken were left pretty much untouched, that's how tough and dry it was. The lowlight of the visit was nearly throwing up after smelling the mint sauce bottle. The waiter then told me that he had just filled it that morning and it was impossible for it to be off. Of course, he then smelt it himself and took it away promptly... The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable with a good atmosphere. Toilets are fit for human use (unlike the facilities in so many restaurants in Brum these days). Price is very reasonable."

"that was my first trip to zindiyas on recommendation of a friend. we chose the afternoon, which was a really good choice. first, the facility of the restaurant was simply perfect together with the beautiful Indian detailing on the tables, chairs, walls etc. service was good, although at a point we had 3 people coming and wondering if everything was in order! in the afternoon was absolutely worth money. the highlight was the Aloo Chaat and bhelpuri for me. only enough seasoned and the aromen were amazing. the chickens with the minzyoghurt was on the spot, but the Bombay sandwich was missing. the kartoffel was a tad under boiled and there was less of the wonderful green chutney and a lack of salt! sweetness: melt in the mouth of cardamom spiced cookies and Indian spiced scenes! the makkaron was delish, but a bit too sweet for my palate. the highlight for me was the gajar(Sweet carrot) halwa( pudding) spring rolls! flaky bäck with the sweet tube pudding filling! oh well also the okra fries and vada pav, which were amazing. best okra fries ever! I want to visit again, yes in any case! it is a 4/5 for me because of the Bombay sandwich that was a let off, as I really pleased!"

"The best peruvian restaurant in the UK! This is definitely the place to eat anything peruvian. The food here is not only authentic but is presented in an artistic way. "Wow, this place I mean. Viceroy doesn't deserve 5 stars though. 5 isn't simply enough. This has been hands down the very best Indian/Asian food I ever had in my live and such a memorable culinary experience. Had a business meeting there, got in 15 min early as we didn't know what time they opened, the head chef let us in himself and cooked for us. While we were the first and only customers we got imoecabble service from their staff, Chef himself recommended their signature appetizers which was a combo of 3 meats and veggies. The taste was mind blowing and the meal one I will remember for a very long time until I come back and let them surprise me with their culinary art again. Top quality, medium/high prices and definitely the best restaurant in the entire Birmingham area. Hope Michelin swings by to add that one star I could add in here."
