Coco Momo Cafe Brasserie

No frills place, quite stark, very busy. There were 5 of us and we all had eggs royal and they were all hard boiled!

welcome and service was very nice. Excellent table position. Food was fantastic value. Definitely recommend to anyone.

This was an excellent find for us pre Albert Hall visit. Will be booking again when I go back later in the year without a doubt.

The quality of the food a going down in this place. The fish of the day was not good and portions a bit stingy. The sticky toffee pudding cake was dry. Worse than previous times.

Having read previous reviews, we were looking forward to eating at Coco Momo. Food was ok, but not as good as expected in terms of flavours and we had to send 2 meals back as cold. Staff were friendly and helpful in terms of suggesting route to Royal Albert Albert Hall.

Good location if going to Royal Albert Hall. Menu was ok but did not offer a great variation. We were on a tight timescale due to seeing a show. I had to stop the waiter a couple of times to place orders and pay the bill which meant a little rushed at the end. Overall for £25 a head for 2 courses plus drinks good value.

Tasty food with a quick service. We arrived early for our booking and were able to take our table, which was great as we were off to an event at the Royal Albert hall. Attentive staff, the only downside was the noise level, always a problem in rooms with high ceilings and hard floors. Our party really enjoyed the burgers and breakfasts.

My wife ordered a salad and we told the waitress that she had an allergy to spinach- she assured us that there wasn't any in the salad so my wife started to eat. My wife ate a few mouthfuls but soon realised that there was spinach in the salad after all. We told the waitress about this and she said she was sorry and offered a dessert or a drink as some sort of apology. As the allergy causes a vigorous gut reaction this hardly seemed helpful or appropriate as we were eating before going to the theatre. When we walked in we thought it looked rather nice, but then we were shown to a very grubby room at the back. My husband was seated on a tatty banquette; 2 feet from him there was a huge rip in it with a cushion placed to conceal this but it had been moved. The banquette had a dip in it so he was too low to eat comfortably from the table. When mentioned to the waiter he promptly redirected us to another table, sadly, the top on this table was very loose moved at least an inch up down, probably not a good idea as I was eating soup.
