"We've ordered a few times now and we've not been disappointed. The food has always been hot and delicious. The shakes are amazing! One thing that really stands out for me is how simple and easy the ordering process was compared to some others and how quickly our food was delivered less than 30 minutes, mostly. We ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and found something missing from our order, we privately messaged the staff to inform them and we were met with a quick and adequate response from them cannot fault their customer service at all. This place has now become our go to when it comes to ordering burgers!"

I was a bit disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The nachos starter for two was more like a portion size for one person and was missing cheese. The ribs were spicy and tender, but lacked flavor.

We visit Coal Shack more often than I care to admit, and it never fails to impress! They serve the best burgers I've ever tasted, and the milkshakes are to die for! The portions are very generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I honestly can't praise them enough!

We won a voucher on a school raffle, so very glad we did. From ordering (fussy Kids not wanting this and that) to delivery the staff were great. customer service was 2nd to none. The food arrived quickly, hot and very very tasty. Will most definitely be ordering again. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you coal shack.
