"As a regular visitor to Cluckarito in Manchester, I have always enjoyed their delicious offerings. However, my most recent visit was quite disappointing. I placed my order just before closing time and specifically asked about the freshness of the chicken. I was assured that my meal would be fresh and hot, but to my dismay, the burgers were cold when I picked them up. This was particularly frustrating since I arrived at the exact time I indicated. The cold burgers were a clear indication that they had not been freshly prepared. When I raised this issue with the staff, their response was inadequate. One staff member insisted the food had only been in the warmer for a short time, showing a lack of recognition for the apparent problem. What made matters worse was their refusal to address the situation appropriately. When I suggested they prepare a fresh burger to resolve the issue, I was told it wasn’t possible because the equipment had already been shut down. I would have accepted either a refund or a freshly made meal, but neither option was offered. This experience was a letdown, especially given the high quality of food that Cluckarito usually serves. Good customer service means acknowledging and correcting mistakes, and unfortunately, on this occasion, Cluckarito fell short. This incident has left me disappointed and reconsidering my future visits."

We ordered three Spicy Chicken Burger meals along with eight Hot Wings.
