"Clorofilla Cucina e Distillati is at the other end of the spectrum from Rome's traditional Italian restaurants, intentionally. However, Colorfilla does match the best of those restaurants in quality. Taking the same ingredients, and a few unexpected additions, Clorofilla produces an exceptional combination of taste, texture, and appearance. For example, the amuse bouche looked like a simple raspberry on a spoon, but in fact was traditional cheese covered in a delicious tomato paste a creative twist to traditional caprese! The cocktails are just as creative and tasty. If you are looking for a traditional pasta and sauce meal (cacio e pepi) this is not the place for you. But if have had the former and still want a great Italian meal, go to Clorofilla!"

The Wait staff was quite good. The food choices were interesting. I had Risotto with Sweetbreads. I’d order it again! A little hard to locate, but worth the effort.

Loved this place. What a gem! Service was outstanding… very friendly, courteous, and efficient. The food was exceptional. Such a fantastic melody of flavors. I highly recommend this place. And hopefully, we’ll get to revisit one day.

We made the reservation based on the great reviews on Open Table, and I’m so glad we did. It’s a little off the beaten path, and the entrance doesn’t prepare you for how enchanting it is inside with its soft lighting and lovely greenery. The server was bright and cheerful, and the food was superb. Don’t miss the carbonara. It was delicious! The drinks were creative and tasty as well. Everyone loved it! I highly recommend.
