This is my favourite place to eat in Scarborough. They may not offer a huge selection but what they provide is great quality food using locally sourced ingredients. Without a doubt we'll be back. Well done to all the staff at Clark's Voir le carte

The food service at this restaurant was exceptional. My partner and I really enjoyed our dinner. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was around £80-90. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5 out of 5.

beautiful service, beautifully renovated. not excessively chic, but certainly one of the most beautiful places in the city. the eating was excellent, with a down to the earth. prices slightly increased bit justified by the overall quality of the experience!

Decided to try something different for dinner and ended up here. The staff were very friendly and we were offered a warm welcome. The food was very tasty and very well presented on the plate as well as being hot. We enjoyed the food and left feeling quite satisfied. We would go back again Voir le carte

great atmosphere, eating and personal. the place is very well designed, chic and pleasant. we ordered the cheeky donuts, the salmon and half the lobster, the chocolate dessert and cheesecake. eating was extremely good, the lobster was soft and tasty. the staff was polite and not intrusive, we spent a nice dinner and we highly recommend it. best to book a table.

we took our family there on recommendation there were no children's menu and with an autistic child that is a smoker eater, we were a little nervous. the team has accentuated like a bit on the side and the four of us enjoyed one of the most unforgettable nights of our life. only wonderful eating. such fresh food, wonderfully prepared and well cooked naturally this was not cheap, and cost half the price of our vacation, but it was worth 100%. amazing experience that none of us will forget. highly recommended.

The restaurant was cold inside at 7pm. Cushions were provided for the chairs as they were hard wood. The food was nice, but we found that the restaurant Lanterna the night before had much better food. The service was slightly rushed, as we hadn't even chosen our food or drinks when we were asked. The staff had a nice manner while waiting on us. Overall, we felt that the price of £91 for only two courses and a gin each was a bit high, especially since neither of us had the steak. We decided to leave a 12.5% tip (£10), but we think this should be added automatically for tables of 4 or more, not just a table for two.
