"I love Cichetti’s but this time the service fell below the usual standard. My son who has allergies was treated like he was a complete pain and the waiter was huffing and puffing and due to the language barrier was hard to communicate. It was felt it was all our fault for making a fuss just because we wanted to check food was safe. The eyes rolled more than once. Then they also missed off the chips and got another friend’s order wrong. It was like they decide to write us off after that and we’re not interested in providing any service. We were pleasant and engaging but did not get that back. Plus who these days with the rise of allergies cooks ALL their food in the same friers. It was a shame as usually so friendly and the quality of the food is good but they wiped their hands of us for having the temerity to have allergies!!! So was not a nice experience at all. Don’t go unless you can eat everything!!"

several visits and all were good. the prices seem to be upset, and perhaps this has to be expected from london, but eating was so huge. I took two newcomers who loved all the experience.

We had a friend visiting from New York and can always count on Cicchetti for excellent food and an amazing selection to please everyone. We had the Trufflr ravioli. The black ravioli, fried zucchini, truffle patatino, and the salted Black Sea bass which was exceptional and the pumpkin risotto. For desert we shared the panda cotta and the tiramisu. It was an wonderful dinner in a relaxing surrounding that let us catch up after a very long time. All accompanied by a Rossi Di Montalcino Service was excellent and we were well looked after. One of our favourite restaurants!
